Claims (14)
- 燃料のための噴射弁であって、弁ハウジング(1)が設けられており、該弁ハウジング(1)内で、駆動ユニット(15)が、ばね(11)により予負荷された弁ニードル(5)の運動を制御するようになっており、弁ハウジング内に形成されたメインチャンバ(27)が設けられており、該メインチャンバ(27)が燃料で満たされていて、メインチャンバ(27)内に、弁ニードル(5)が配置されており、さらに駆動ユニット(15)のためのハイドロリック式の支承部が設けられている形式のものにおいて、ハイドロリック式の支承部がハイドロリックチャンバ(29)を有しており、該ハイドロリックチャンバ(29)がメインチャンバ(27)に連通しており、かつハイドロリックチャンバが、ハイドロリック式の支承部の作動媒体としての燃料で満たされていることを特徴とする噴射弁。
- 駆動ユニット(15)を冷却するために、燃料が役立つ、請求項1記載の噴射弁。
- 駆動ユニット(15)がメインチャンバ(27)内に配置されている、請求項1または2記載の噴射弁。
- 合成される押圧力(pD)が実質的に相殺されるように、弁ニードル(5)の、軸方向で作用する圧力面が寸法設定されており、これにより、弁ニードル(5)に対する、軸方向で作用する合力(FD)がばね(11)の力(FS)に比して小さく維持されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の噴射弁。
- 噴射弁の高圧接続部に逆止弁が組み込まれている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の噴射弁。
- 弁ニードル(5)が駆動ユニット(15)に固く結合されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の噴射弁。
- 駆動ユニット(15)がハイドロリックピストン(23)を有しており、該ハイドロリックピストン(23)が弁ハウジング(1)の内壁区分と相俟ってハイドロリックチャンバ(29)を形成する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の噴射弁。
- ハイドロリックチャンバ(29)の高さ(hK)が約200〜500μmである、請求項7記載の噴射弁。
- 駆動ユニット(15)がハイドロリックピストン(23)と弁ニードル(5)と相俟って1つの強固なユニットを形成し、該ユニットが、噴射プロセス時の運動に比してより緩慢な運動の発生時に、ほぼ妨害されることなくインジェクタハウジング(1)に対して、ばね力の考慮下で摺動させられることができる、請求項7または8記載の噴射弁。
- 駆動ユニット(15)がハイドロリックピストン(23)に結合されており、該ハイドロリックピストン(23)がハウジング(1)の内室をハイドロリックチャンバ(29)とメインチャンバ(27)とに分割する、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の噴射弁。
- ハイドロリックチャンバ(29)が横方向管路(33)を介して、メインチャンバ(27)に開口する燃料供給管路(17)に接続されている、請求項10記載の噴射弁。
- 駆動ユニット(15)の電気的な供給線路(25)がハウジング(1)の開口から導出されており、かつ駆動ユニット(15)とハウジング(1)との間に、フレキシブルなシール手段(31)が設けられている、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の噴射弁。
- シール手段(31)と、これに対向して配置された弁座(3)との間の、弁ハウジング(1)の内室全体が燃料で満たされている、請求項12記載の噴射弁。
- ハイドロリックチャンバ(29)が両側で、狭隘なリングギャップにより弁ハウジング(1)の内室から画定されている、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の噴射弁。
