−トップエレメントとベースエレメントを合わせ、互いに相対する位置に配置し、
−開口底部を介して導入される対抗圧力手段が、トップエレメント内部に必要な対抗圧力をトップエレメントとベースエレメントとの組立部に供する超音波溶着手段により、トップエレメントとベースエレメントを超音波溶着し、
−トップエレメントとベースエレメントの組立部内側から対抗圧力手段を抜出し、
−トップエレメントがベースエレメント開口底部よりも低位置にくるように、トップエレメントとベースエレメントの組立部を位置し、
−ベースエレメントの開口底部から容器に充填し、
−上記底部を閉鎖することによって容器を閉鎖する。以上で容器に充填し、容器を閉鎖する工程が終了する。
−及び容器のピラミッド状頂部の一部となる上部、
−開口底部
−及び開口頂部を有し、
−断面が実質的に角形であるスリーブが得られるようにカートン用紙をスリーブに折りあげ、
−断面角形の本体部、
−及び先端を切り取ったピラミッド状の頂部
−製造する容器の形状に対応した形状
−を有するマンドレルに、該マンドレルの頂部がまだスリーブ上部の外部に残っているように、上記スリーブをマンドレルに一部被せるように押し込み、
−四隅にポケットを設けた予備ブレーキングアンビルを、スリーブの開口頂端部からスリーブ内に挿入し、
−上記スリーブ上部の四隅を、かかる四隅の折込み部分が上記アンビルのポケットに収容されるように内側に折り込み、
−予備ブレーキングアンビルを、スリーブの開口頂端部からスリーブの外へ抜出し、
−マンドレルの頂部が上記スリーブ上部の内側に入るように、好ましくはマンドレルとスリーブの位置関係が、マンドレルの本体部と頂部の境目がスリーブの上部と下部との境目と一致する関係となるように、スリーブをさらにマンドレルに押し込み、
−組立済みのトップエレメントを、トップエレメントの注出口は閉鎖したままでスリーブの開口頂端部からスリーブに挿入し、
−スリーブ上部の各角部を、好ましくはスリーブの折込み部分が該スリーブの内側に位置するように、該スリーブの壁面と実質的に平行方向に折り、
−超音波又は高周波シーリング手段により、上記スリーブの壁面をトップエレメントにシールし、
−トップエレメントとスリーブの組立部をマンドレルから抜出し、上記スリーブから形成された容器のベースエレメントを得て、
−トップエレメントがベースエレメントの開口底部より低い位置にくるように、トップエレメントとベースエレメントの組立部を位置し、
−ベースエレメントの開口底部から容器に充填し、
−底部を閉鎖することにより容器を閉鎖し、容器への充填及び容器の閉鎖が完了する。
トップエレメント2の向かい合う2つの面に、外側に突出したリリーフパート33を設けている。これらのリリーフパート33は対応する壁面の中心部に配置され、その垂直正面図は、トップエレメントの下縁部に向かって幅広となる先端が平坦な三角形を示している。このように先端が平坦な三角形を呈するリリーフパートの両側面は、溶着壁21の残りの部分と隣接する傾斜移行面33aをもって境界としている。
図2に示す用紙を折り、断面が角形のスリーブ301を形成する。スリーブ301の底部及び頂部は開口状態にしておく。スリーブ301は、容器の本体部となる下部302、容器のピラミッド状頂部となる上部303、及び容器の底となる底部304から構成される。スリーブ301の下部302の断面図は、該部分302全体にわたり、実質的に同面積である。
Claims (26)
- −底部があり、かつ上部が開いた複数の側壁を有し、
−ベースエレメントの角を形成するクリースのはいった折線つきの用紙から折られ、
−プラスチックコーティングを施したキャリア材料から製造され、
−上記プラスチックコーティングされた面が少なくともベースエレメントの内側の面に位置する
ベースエレメント
及び
−ベースエレメント上部にシール接着され、
−実質的にプラスチック製で、
−閉鎖手段のある注出口が設けられ、
−また、ベースエレメントの上部内周囲に相当するように、その下側周囲に溶着壁が設けられ、該溶着壁にはベースエレメント内側に位置する下部自由縁が設けられ、
下側が開き、事前形成されたトップエレメントからなり、
−ベースエレメントの素材が、プラスチック及び紙様素材の層からなり、
−トップエレメントとベースエレメントとの接合が超音波溶着によりなされ、
−トップエレメントの溶接壁の外部周囲上に一又は二以上の溶着リブが設けられ、溶着後にトップエレメントとベースエレメントとの隙間を液体漏れのないように耐密に閉鎖することにより、トップエレメントをベースエレメントに接合させる
ことを特徴とする液状製品用容器。 - トップエレメントが、外側に突出する溶着リブを少なくとも二つ有し、溶着壁に対して該溶着リブが外側に高さをもって突出し、該溶着リブの一つが、溶着壁に対して一又は二以上の他のリブより高いことを特徴とする請求項1記載の容器。
- 高い方のリブが、トップエレメントの底部に一番近いところに位置することを特徴とする請求項2記載の容器。
- ベースエレメントに縦方向の継目があり、ベースエレメントの全内周に沿って溶着壁がベースエレメントの側壁に接するように、トップエレメントの溶着壁において上記縦方向の継目位置にローカルノッチが設けられていることを特徴とする先行請求項の少なくともいずれかに記載の容器。
- ローカルノッチの表面が曲面であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の容器。
- ベースエレメントのすぐ上に、外側に突出するカバーリムがトップエレメントに設けられ、該リムがベースエレメントの外側に影響することなくベースエレメントの上縁をシールドすることを特徴とする先行請求項の少なくともいずれかに記載の容器。
- トップエレメントと注出口が一体成型されることを特徴とする先行請求項の少なくともいずれかに記載の容器。
- トップエレメントが透明であることを特徴とする先行請求項の少なくともいずれかに記載の容器。
- 閉鎖手段がスクリューキャップであることを特徴とする先行請求項の少なくともいずれかに記載の容器。
- いたずら防止のために蓋を開けた痕跡が残る手段が、外からわかるように閉鎖手段に用いられることを特徴とする先行請求項の少なくともいずれかに記載の容器。
- ベースエレメントを折り込むことにより底部が得られることを特徴とする先行請求項の少なくともいずれかに記載の容器。
- 底部が独立部品として製造されることを特徴とする少なくとも請求項1〜10いずれかに記載の容器。
- ベースエレメントの上部が先端を切り取ったピラミッド状であることを特徴とする先行請求項の少なくともいずれかに記載の容器。
- 溶着接合部の上方に向け延設されてトップエレメントに接合される一又は二以上の側壁部をベースエレメントが有する先行請求項の少なくともいずれかに記載の容器。
- ベースエレメントの上に突出するトップエレメント部分が、実質的に縦方向に二分割され、側壁が半円形で水平方向に延びるシリンダー状であることを特徴とする先行請求項の少なくともいずれかに記載の容器。
- ベースエレメントの上に突出するトップエレメント部分が実質的に先端を切り取ったピラミッド形状である少なくとも請求項1〜14いずれかに記載の容器。
- ベースエレメントの上に突出するトップエレメント部分が実質的に半球状である少なくとも請求項1〜14いずれかに記載の容器。
- ベースエレメントの上に突出するトップエレメント部分が実質的に先端を切り取ったコーン状である少なくとも請求項1〜14いずれかに記載の容器。
- −トップエレメントを製造し、
−閉鎖手段によって注出口を閉鎖するように、トップエレメントの注出口に閉鎖手段を設け、
−底部を開いたままでベースエレメントを製造し、
−トップエレメントとベースエレメントを合わせ、互いに相対する位置に配置し、
−開口底部を介して導入される対抗圧力手段が、トップエレメント内部に必要な対抗圧力をトップエレメントとベースエレメントとの組立部に供する超音波溶着手段により、トップエレメントとベースエレメントを超音波溶着し、
−トップエレメントとベースエレメントの組立部内側から対抗圧力手段を抜出し、
−トップエレメントがベースエレメント開口底部よりも低位置にくるように、トップエレメントとベースエレメントの組立部を位置し、
−ベースエレメントの開口底部から容器に充填し、
−上記底部を閉鎖することによって容器を閉鎖し、容器への充填及び容器の閉鎖が完了する工程からなる先行請求項の少なくともいずれかに記載の容器の製造・充填法。 - スクリューキャップを用いることによりトップエレメントを閉鎖することを特徴とする請求項19記載の方法。
- ベースエレメントの部分を折り込んだ後に、かかる折込み部分を接合することにより底部を閉鎖することを特徴とする請求項19又は20の少なくともいずれかに記載の方法。
- ボトムエレメントをあてがうことにより底部を閉鎖することを特徴とする請求項19又は20の少なくともいずれかに記載の方法。
- 注入成型法によりトップエレメントを製造することを特徴とする請求項19〜22の少なくともいずれかに記載の方法。
- ブロー成型法によりトップエレメントを製造することを特徴とする請求項19〜22の少なくともいずれかに記載の方法。
- 用紙を折ることによりベースエレメントを製造することを特徴とする請求項19〜24の少なくともいずれかに記載の方法。
- −容器のボディ部を形成する下部、
−及び容器のピラミッド状頂部の一部となる上部、
−開口底部、
−及び開口頂部を有し、
−断面が実質的に角形であるスリーブが得られるようにカートン用紙をスリーブに折りあげ、
−断面角形のボディ部、
−及び先端を切り取ったピラミッド状の頂部、
−製造する容器の形状に対応した形状
−を有するマンドレルに、該マンドレルの頂部がスリーブ上部の外部に残っているように、該スリーブをマンドレルに一部被せるように押し込み、
−四隅にポケットを設けた予備ブレーキング(pre-breaking)アンビルを、スリーブの開口頂端部からスリーブ内に挿入し、
−上記スリーブ上部の四隅を、かかる四隅の折込み部分が上記アンビルのポケットに収容されるように内側に折り込み、
−予備ブレーキングアンビルを、スリーブの開口頂端部からスリーブの外へ抜出し、
−マンドレルの頂部が上記スリーブ上部の内側に入るように、好ましくはマンドレルとスリーブの位置関係が、マンドレルのボディ部と頂部の境目がスリーブの上部と下部との境目と一致する関係となるように、スリーブをさらにマンドレルに押し込み、
−組立済みのトップエレメントを、トップエレメントの注出口は閉鎖したままでスリーブの開口頂端部からスリーブに挿入し、
−スリーブ上部の各角部を、好ましくはスリーブの折込み部分が該スリーブの内側に位置するように、該スリーブの壁面と実質的に平行方向に折り、
−超音波又は高周波シーリング手段により、上記スリーブの壁面をトップエレメントにシールし、
−トップエレメントとスリーブの組立部をマンドレルから抜出し、上記スリーブから形成された容器のベースエレメントを得て、
−トップエレメントが、ベースエレメントの開口底部より低い位置にくるように、トップエレメントとベースエレメントの組立部を位置し、
−ベースエレメントの開口底部から容器に充填し、
−底部を閉鎖することにより容器を閉鎖し、容器への充填及び容器の閉鎖が完成する工程からなる先行請求項の少なくともいずれかに記載の容器の製造・充填法。
