Description
Claims (23)
- 室を形成している2つの部材(12,14)の間に介在しているシール(10)によって支持されているハウジング(38)内に位置している検知素子(36)を有している、室(16)内に存在している流体の少なくとも圧力を計測する装置において、
前記ハウジング(38)は前記室(16)の方向に開口しており、前記検知素子(36)は前記ハウジングを充填している物質(67)によって覆われていることを特徴とする、室内に存在している流体の少なくとも圧力を計測する装置。 - 前記シール(10)は、複数の中間のシート(42,48,50,52,54)が間に配置されている、積層された2枚の端のシート(32,34)を有しており、前記ハウジング(38)は、前記2枚の端のシートと少なくとも1枚の中間のシートとによって形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の計測装置。
- 少なくとも1枚の中間のシートは、前記室(16)の方向に開口している切り欠き(40)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の計測装置。
- 少なくとも1枚の中間のシート(48,54)は、前記検知素子(36)と計測手段との間に電気的な接続手段(58,59,60)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の計測装置。
- 前記電気的な接続手段(58,59,60)は、前記検知素子(36)と前記計測手段との間に少なくとも1つの導電体(60,63)を有しているプリント回路が形成されている、フィルム(48,54)の形態の中間のシートによって支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の計測装置。
- 前記複数のシートは、板、層、または絶縁性の堆積物(50,52)の形態の少なくとも1枚のシートによって、互いに電気的に絶縁されていることを特徴とする、請求項2から5のいずれか1項に記載の計測手段。
- 前記検知素子(36)の対向している2つの垂直面は、前記電気的な接続手段に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載の計測装置。
- 前記検知素子(36)の対向している2つの水平面は、前記電気的な接続手段に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載の計測装置。
- 前記検知素子(36)は、導電性の接着剤(64)によって前記電気的な接続手段に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項4から8のいずれか1項に記載の計測装置。
- 前記検知素子(36)は、少なくとも1つの導電性の部材(66)によって前記電気的な接続手段に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項4から9のいずれか1項に記載の計測装置。
- 前記複数のシートは接着によって互いに接合されていることを特徴とする、請求項2から6のいずれか1項に記載の計測装置。
- 接着は接着剤の層(56)を介在させることによって行われていることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の計測装置。
- 少なくとも端のシート(32,34)は金属で作られていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の計測装置。
- 前記複数の中間のシートのうちの少なくとも中央のシート(42)は金属で作られていることを特徴とする、請求項2から6のいずれか1項に記載の計測装置。
- ハウジング(38)を充填している前記物質(67)は、高温に耐える樹脂であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の計測装置。
- 前記室の方向の前記ハウジングの面(57)が保護部材(68)によって覆われていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の計測装置。
- 前記保護部材(68)は前記面を覆っている壁(57)を有しており、該壁の端部が前記シールの前記端のシート(32,34)の上に折り返されていることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の計測装置。
- 前記検知素子(36)は圧電式またはピエゾ抵抗式のものであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の計測装置。
- 前記シール(10)は、内燃エンジンのシリンダヘッド(12)とエンジンブロック(14)との間に配置されるシリンダヘッドガスケットであることを特徴とする、請求項1から18のいずれか1項に記載の計測装置。
- 前記シールは温度を検知する素子を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の計測装置。
- 請求項1から19のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも1つの計測装置を、内燃エンジンの燃焼室内で、エンジンのノッキングの計測、検出、および解析に用いる方法。
- 請求項1から19のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも1つの計測装置を、内燃エンジンの少なくとも1つの燃焼室内で、燃焼の特徴付けに用いる方法。
- 請求項1から19のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも1つの計測装置を、内燃エンジンの燃焼室内で、エンジンのノッキングの位置を特定することに用いる方法。
