Claims (9)
- 珪化モリブデンアルミニウム、Mo(Si1−yAly)2を純度少なくとも98%のSiO2と混合することによりMo(Si1−xAlx)2とAl2O3とを実質的に含有する材料を製造することを特徴とする、珪化モリブデンタイプおよびこの基礎物質の合金とから本質的になる加熱エレメントを製造する方法。
- SiO2が珪酸塩中に存在し、そして、珪酸塩中の残りの物質が、関与する1つ以上の物質と珪化モリブデンが合金化することができないような、あるいは珪化モリブデンの結晶格子の対称性が維持されるような特性を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- xが0.4〜0.6の範囲にあるようにされることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- xが0.45〜0.55の範囲にあるようにされることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- Mo(Si1−xAlx)2物質中でモリブデンをReまたはWで部分的に置き換えることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3または4に記載の方法。
- エレメントがMo(Si1−xAlx)2物質とAl2O3とから主としてなり、そして、純度少なくとも98%を有するSiO2が製造過程で添加されることを特徴とする、珪化モリブデンタイプおよびこの基礎物質の合金とから実質的になる電気加熱エレメント。
- xが0.4〜0.6の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の加熱エレメント。
- xが0.45〜0.55の範囲にあるようにされることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の加熱エレメント。
- Mo(Si1−xAlx)2物質中のモリブデンがReまたはWによって部分的に置き換えられることを特徴とする請求項5、6、7または8に記載の加熱エレメント。
