Claims (15)

  1. 未成熟ヒト卵母細胞を成熟するまで培養する段階を含んでなる未成熟ヒト卵母細胞の体外での成熟方法であって、該未成熟卵母細胞が、内因性黄体形成ホルモンレベルの増加した女性ヒト被検体であって、かつ、巣刺激プロトコルを受けていない該被検体由来であることを特徴とする成熟方法。
  2. 験体の内因性黄体形成ホルモンレベルがヒト絨毛性ゴナドトロピンもしくは黄体形成ホルモン、または両方の使用により増加したものである請求項1に記載の方法。
  3. ヒト絨毛性ゴナドトロピンが約5000〜約20,000IUの量で使用される請求項1に記載の方法。
  4. 成熟ヒト卵母細胞がM−I期卵母細胞を含んでなる請求項1に記載の方法。
  5. 成熟ヒト卵母細胞がGV期卵母細胞を含んでなる請求項1に記載の方法。
  6. 成熟ヒト卵母細胞M−IIに達するまで培養される請求項1に記載の方法。
  7. 母細胞が、無傷であるかもしくは少なくとも部分的に無傷である卵丘を有し、そして/または該卵母細胞卵丘細胞の存在下で培養される請求項1に記載の方法。
  8. 母細胞上皮増殖因子を本質的に含まない培養培地において培養される請求項に記載の方法。
  9. 母細胞繊維芽細胞増殖因子を本質的に含まない培養培地において培養される請求項に記載の方法。
  10. 母細胞ヒトトランスフェリンを本質的に含まない培養培地において培養される請求項に記載の方法。
  11. 母細胞インシュリンを本質的に含まない培養培地において培養される請求項に記載の方法。
  12. 母細胞セレナイトを本質的に含まない培養培地において培養される請求項に記載の方法。
  13. 母細胞がヒドロコルチゾンを本質的に含まない培養培地において培養される請求項に記載の方法。
  14. 母細胞上皮増殖因子、繊維芽細胞増殖因子、ヒトトランスフェリン、インシュリン、セレナイト、およびヒドロコルチゾンを本質的に含まない培養培地において培養される請求項に記載の方法。
  15. 験体がゴナドトロピン放出ホルモンアゴニスト、ヒト閉経期ゴナドトロピンもしくは卵胞刺激ホルモンで処置されていない請求項1に記載の方法。
