Abstract
Description
頻繁に実施されている手術は、包袋(capsular bag)内の天然水晶体の成分を除去し、除去された天然物質の代わりに設置されるインプラントの受器を保持するために包袋(前壁の中央部を除き)の一体性を維持する。
Claims (6)
- 光学中心部および少なくとも二つの触覚アーム(3,4)を含み、前記触覚アームの自由端(5,6)が包袋(capsular bag)の赤道領域の部分と共働するように形成された調節性包内インプラントにおいて、前記光学中心部は一緒に結合された二つの弾性変形可能本体により形成され、その一方は外被(1)の形態であり、かつ他方はコア(2)の形態であり、前記外被は外面を有し、前記外被が空のときに第一曲率半径(R1)を有しかつ前記外被が前記コアを収容するときに第一曲率半径(R1)と異なる第二曲率半径(R2)を有する少なくとも一つの凸状前面(1a)を有することを特徴とする、包内インプラント。
- 前記外被(1)の容積(V)は前記コア(2)の体積に等しいが、前記外被(1)および前記コア(2)が自由であるときに前記外被(1)の容積の形状は前記コア(2)と異なる形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1による包内インプラント。
- 前記外被(1)の内部が空で前記コア(2)が自由状態のときの前記外被(1)の容積の形状および前記コア(2)の形状は、二つの本体が組立てられたときに、相反方向へ弾性変形して共通形状になり、前記コア(2)および前記外被(1)が元の形状へ弾性復帰する傾向に対して相互に対して反作用することを特徴とする、請求項2による包内インプラント。
- 前記コア(2)は膠質材料により形成され、かつ自らの形状を決定する弾性外被内に収納されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1による包内インプラント。
- 前記コア(2)は自らの形状を有するエラストマー材により形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1による包内インプラント。
- 前記外被(1)の前壁は少なくとも一つのスリット(7)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1による包内インプラント。
