可调节的囊内移植物
技术领域
用人造晶状体(移植物)替换自然晶状体在当今是通常使用的,特别是对患有白内障病人起作用。
较有经验的手术在于取出包含在囊袋内的自然晶状体物质,同时,保护囊袋的完整性(除了袋前壁的中间部分),然后囊袋保留其内部设置移植物的接受器,用以替换取出的自然物质。
发明背景
现有许多移植物。大多数移植物考虑到使远视复原,但是,没有调节近视的可能性。
自然调节已经作出了众多研究主题,目的在于理解这种现象,这种现象包括试图把它们变换成移植物。在调节过程中,囊袋的作用是非常重要的,特别是,作为在其松弛或收缩状态的一个或另一个情况下、由睫状肌形成的力传送晶状体物质的元件,而囊袋通过小带纤维与睫状肌相连接。
迄今为止,大多数对于调节囊内晶状体的研究分析显示,囊袋和晶状体两者具有它们本身的弹性,这些弹性给予自然晶状体一可更改形状,这取决于在小带纤维的张紧状态,囊袋的弹性与晶状体物质的弹性之间的力平衡。
调节能力的损失似乎是在此期间晶状体物质的弹性模数的变更的结果,它对抗囊袋力的日益增大的阻力,最终以接近远视的形状的不变的状态(涉及起作用的力)固化。这就是老花眼的现象。
发明内容
本发明目的之一是,推荐一种可调节的囊内移植物,它复制自然机构,以便在调节时发挥作用。
为这个目的,本发明涉及可调节的移植物,它包括一中间视觉部分和至少两个触觉臂,其松弛端构成后与囊袋的中纬线区域的部分配合,其中,视觉部分是由两个可弹性变形的本体连接在一起而形成的,一形状象包膜和另一形状象核心,所述包膜具有一带凸形前表面的外表面,当包膜是空的时,外表面具有第一曲率半径,当把核心容纳在包膜内时,外表面具有第二曲率半径,第二曲率半径和第一曲率半径是不相同的。
它是这样复制的,在移植物的视觉部分内,一个弹性结构受到两个对抗的力的力场支配,当两对抗的力平衡时,就给予弹性结构确定的形状。借助于附加的外力对这种平衡的干扰导致视觉部分的形状的改变,特别是前表面的弧线以及其视觉动力。外力通过触觉部分传送到所述合成的视觉部分,触觉部分本身经受囊袋的中纬线区域的形状的变化。与所有已知的仅按移位而调节的移植物相反,本发明的移植物主要通过视觉部分的形状变化(也随着视觉部分沿着眼睛光轴的位移)而调节。

具体实施方式
移植物包括两个部分:示于图1中的包膜1是空的,图2所示的核心2处于自由状态。形成外壳的包膜1是由弹性材料构成的,且设置有两径向臂3和4,径向臂3和4安装有端底部5和6。移植物的触觉部分是这样的,它和眼睛的囊袋的中纬线区域(未图示)啮合。
外壳1的内部体积V和核心2的体积V是相同的。核心2是由弹性体材料形成的,因此,当把核心2插进外壳1时,后者通过核心而膨胀,而核心通过外壳而变平,这是因为核心2的自由形状比外壳体积V的形状更加凸出。由移植物的视觉部分达到的最终形状(构成填充核心2的外壳体积V)如图3所示。
外壳的内部体积可较大于由弹性体材料制成的核心的体积,由于在组装时外壳和核心的相互作用,该超过的体积没有显著的影响。可通过任何适当的方式将核心安装在外壳内;注射通过外壳的中纬线的狭长切口,连接围绕核心的两件半壳体。
在该形状中,外壳1前表面1a的曲率半径R2与当外壳是空的情况时的类似的曲率半径R1是不同的。这里,半径R2小于半径R1。达到如图3所示的形状是由于两个相对的力的力场平衡的结果,这两个相对的力是由外壳1引起的核心2的弹性压缩和由核心2引起的外壳1的弹性膨胀产生的。
通过力F的外部力场(阅图4)导致的该平衡的改变改进了该平衡,因而改进了移植物的视觉部分的形状,由此,改进了其前表面1a的曲率半径R3。因此,改进了合成晶状体1和2的视觉动力。
在图4的情况下,力F的力场来自于囊袋对端底部5和6的作用,当小带状纤维通过自然弹性而放松时,囊袋径向地收缩。这就是用于近视的移植物的状态,当半径R3小于半径R2,这就是对应于远视的晶状体的形状。
当然,外壳1的后表面1b具有其变化的曲率半径,这是因为改变力的平衡而造成的。有可能,例如,借助于使用各种厚度的外壳壁1,以影响前表面或后表面这样或那样的变形,或者甚至这样类型的变形(球形或锥形)。图7表示设置在外壳1前壁内的狭长切口7,显示了调节外壳1的变形能力的手段。
在图5和6中,所示的实施例说明外壳10在空的情况下具有比准备容纳在外壳内的核心20较多凸出的体积V。这种形状差异产生如前所述的力场,它们的平衡导致容纳在外壳内的核心的中间形状。
核心2和20可由容纳在包膜或弹性囊内的非弹性胶状材料(凝胶)构成,包膜给予核心以形状和其弹性变形的能力。

Claims (6)

1.一种可调节的囊内移植物,包括:中间视觉部分和至少两个触觉臂(3,4),其自由端底部(5,6)形成后与囊袋的中纬线区域相配合,其特征在于,视觉部分由两个可弹性变形的本体形成,以及由一形状象包膜(1)和另一形状象核心(2)结合成一体,包膜具有带有一个至少凸形的前表面(1a)的外表面,当包膜是空的,外表面具有第一曲率半径(R1),当包膜容纳核心(2)时,外表面具有第二曲率半径(R2),第二曲率半径(R2)和第一曲率半径(R1)是不相同的。
2.按权利要求1所述的移植物,其特征在于,包膜(1)的内部体积V和核心2的体积是相同的,但当包膜和核心处于自由状态时,包膜本身形状与核心本身形状是不同的。
3.按权利要求2所述的移植物,其特征在于,当包膜(1)是空的时候的包膜(1)的内部体积的本身形状和核心(2)处于自由状态下时核心(2)的本身形状是这样的:当两个主体被组装时,它们以不对抗的方式弹性变形而采用一共有形状,在此共有形状中,核心和包膜互相违反它们各自的倾向以弹性地恢复它们本身的形状。
4.按前述权利要求之一所述的移植物,其特征在于,核心(2)是由容纳在弹性包膜内的胶状材料构成的,包膜确定其本身形状。
5.按权利要求1到3任一项所述的移植物,其特征在于,核心(2)由具有其本身形状的弹性体材料构成。
6.按上述权利要求之一所述的移植物,其特征在于,包膜的前壁设有至少一径向狭长切口(7)。
