Claims (14)
- 凹所内に配列されたセンサーを有し、ストリップ形式の材料、特に金属ストリップを扱うときの平面度の偏差を判定するためのむくローラーであって、センサー(7)が軸方向で接近可能であることを特徴とするむくローラー。
- センサー(7)が、軸方向の平行な穴(3)の中に配列されることを特徴とする請求項1に請求されたむくローラー。
- 軸方向の平行な穴(3)が、一方の端面から他方の端面に連続的に走ることを特徴とする請求項2に請求されたむくローラー。
- 軸方向の平行な穴(3)が異なる長さを有することを特徴とする請求項3に請求されたむくローラー。
- 多数のセンサー(7)が、穴(3)内でクサビ止めされることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一つに請求されたむくローラー。
- センサー(7)が、穴(3)内でクサビ止めされることを特徴とする請求項2から5のいずれか一つに請求されたむくローラー。
- 面平行の表面を有するセンサー(7)が、2個の保持片(13、14)の間に配列されることを特徴とする請求項6に請求されたむくローラー。
- センサー(7)の面平行の表面が、ローラー軸と平行に走ることを特徴とする請求項7に請求されたむくローラー。
- センサー(7)が、間隔用ストリップ(29)の半径方向可動の摺動片(28)内に配列され、かつ把持用ストリップ(30)の支援により穴(3)内で固定されることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に請求された測定用ローラー。
- 間隔用ストリップ(29)及び/又は把持用ストリップ(30)が、相補的な案内用スリット(36)内に組み合っている長手方向リブ(37)の設けられることを特徴とする請求項9に請求された測定用ローラー。
- 穴(3)が、平行して走っている通路(10、11)に連結されることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一つに請求された測定用ローラー。
- 穴(3)が、横断方向通路(4)により中央ケーブル穴(5)に連結されることを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか一つに請求された測定用ローラー。
- 穴(3)が、カバー(6)により端面において閉鎖されることを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか一つに請求されたむくローラー。
- センサー(7)が、多部品ハウジング(23)内に配列されることを特徴とする請求項1から13のいずれか一つに請求されたむくローラー。
