Claims (14)
- 스트립 형태의 재료, 특히 금속 스트립을 가공할 때, 리세스 내에 배치된 센서로 평탄도의 변화를 결정하기 위한 중실 롤러에 있어서,상기 센서(7)가 축방향으로 접근가능하며,상기 센서(7)가 축방향으로 평행한 보어(3)내에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는,평탄도의 변화를 결정하기 위한 중실 롤러.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 축방향으로 평행한 보어(3)가 일단부로부터 타단부까지 연속적으로 연장된 것을 특징으로 하는,평탄도의 변화를 결정하기 위한 중실 롤러.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 축방향으로 평행한 보어(3)가 서로 다른 길이를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는,평탄도의 변화를 결정하기 위한 중실 롤러.
- 제 1 항, 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 보어(3)내에 다수의 센서(7)가 웨지 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는,평탄도의 변화를 결정하기 위한 중실 롤러.
- 제 1 항, 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 보어(3)내에 센서(7)들이 웨지 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는,평탄도의 변화를 결정하기 위한 중실 롤러.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,평평한 평행면을 구비한 센서(7)들이 고정식 클램핑 웨지(13)와 이동식 클램핑 웨지(14) 사이에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는,평탄도의 변화를 결정하기 위한 중실 롤러.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 센서(7)의 평평한 평행면이 롤러의 축에 대해 평행하게 연장된 것을 특징으로 하는,평탄도의 변화를 결정하기 위한 중실 롤러.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 센서(7)가 스페이싱 스트립(29)의 방사상으로 이동가능한 슬라이딩부(28)내에 배치되고, 웨지 스트립(30)의 도움으로 상기 보어(3)내에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는,평탄도의 변화를 결정하기 위한 중실 롤러.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 스페이싱 스트립(29)과 상기 웨지 스트립(30)중 어느 하나 이상에 상보형 측방향 슬릿(36)에 결합되는 종방향 리브(37)가 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는,평탄도의 변화를 결정하기 위한 중실 롤러.
- 제 1 항, 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 보어(3)가 평행하게 연장된 케이블 채널(10,11)에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는,평탄도의 변화를 결정하기 위한 중실 롤러.
- 제 1 항, 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 보어(3)가 횡방향 채널(4)에 의해 중앙 케이블 채널(5)에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는,평탄도의 변화를 결정하기 위한 중실 롤러.
- 제 1 항, 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 보어(3)의 단부면이 커버(6)에 의해 폐쇄된 것을 특징으로 하는,평탄도의 변화를 결정하기 위한 중실 롤러.
- 제 1 항, 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 센서(7)가 여러 부분으로 이루어진 하우징(23)내에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는,평탄도의 변화를 결정하기 위한 중실 롤러.
