Claims (13)
- 次の工程:

- 工程(b)が、抗微生物剤を含有する水溶液中に医療機器を浸漬することを含む請求項1記載の製法。
- 医療機器が抗微生物剤と共−押出されたポリマー物質を含む請求項1記載の製法。
- さらに、工程(b)で得られた医療機器を、約100℃ないし約121℃の温度に加熱する工程(c)を含む請求項1記載の製法。
- 医療機器が縫合、整形器具、ステント、カテーテル、ガイドワイヤ、シャント、補綴、心臓のペースメーカー、ニューロン刺激器、または血管移植片である請求項1記載の製法。
- 次の工程:
(a)リネゾリドまたはその医薬上許容される塩を含む抗微生物剤を供し;次いで
(b)有効量の該抗微生物剤を医療機器に取り込むこと;
を特徴とする医療機器への細菌付着を阻害する方法。 - 工程(b)が、抗微生物剤を含有する水溶液に医療機器を浸漬することを含む請求項7記載の製法。
- さらに、工程(b)で得られた医療機器を、約100℃ないし約121℃の温度まで加熱する工程(c)を含む請求項7記載の製法。
- 医療機器が縫合、整形器具、ステント、カテーテル、ガイドワイヤ、シャント、補綴、心臓のペースメーカー、ニューロン刺激器、または血液移植片である請求項7記載の方法。
- 有効量のリネゾリドまたはその医薬上許容される塩を含む、ヒトまたは動物の体内での使用において細菌の付着に抵抗性の医療機器。
- 有効量が、結果的に、リネゾリドまたはその医薬上許容される塩の最小阻止濃度未満である、医療機器に隣接する、ヒトまたは動物の体内中のリネゾリドまたはその医薬上許容される塩の濃度となる請求項11記載の医療機器。
