図1は、本発明に係る、組み立てられたフェーザーの斜視図であり、図2は、図1におけるフェーザーの正面図であり、図3は、図2におけるA−A面に沿った断面図であり、図4は、図3におけるB−B面に沿った断面図であり、図5は、図3におけるC−C面に沿った断面図であり、そして図6は、図2に示されるフェーザーの分解組み立て斜視図である。
Claims (7)
- 閉油圧回路を含み、作動中にトルク変動を受けるエンジンカムシャフトのための油圧式位相偏位機構において、油圧回路が油圧媒体として磁気粘性流体を使用し、そしてその油圧回路における油圧媒体の流動を制御するために、電磁石が選択的に磁場を付与して磁気粘性流体の流動特性を変化させるように配備されたことを特徴とする油圧式位相偏位機構。
- 作動中にトルク変動を受けるエンジンカムシャフトのための位相偏位機構であって、回転のために閉油圧回路により互いに接続された駆動部材及び被動部材からなり、その閉油圧回路は、一方の容積が増加するに従って他方の容積が減少するような態様で互いに連結された複数の可変容積作用室から形成され、作用室間の流体の流動が駆動部材の位相を被動部材に対して偏位させるようにした位相偏位機構において、作用室が磁気粘性流体で満たされると共に通路を介して互いに連結され、その通路に沿って流体の流動が磁場の選択的付与により制御されることを特徴とする位相偏位機構。
- 請求項2に記載の位相偏位機構において、各対の互いに連結された作用室間に一つの流路が設けられ、電磁石が流路に沿って流れる流体に変調された振幅の磁場を付与し、その変調が、カムシャフトの回転速度に関係する周波数と、駆動部材及び被動部材の相対的位相が変更されるべき方向により決定される位相とを有する位相偏位機構。
- 請求項3に記載の位相偏位機構において、電磁石が使用時には固定状態に設けられ、電磁石の磁気回路が流路を横切るようにした位相偏位機構。
- 請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の位相偏位機構において、作用室が弓形空洞内を移動可能な半径方向の仕切り翼体により画定されている位相偏位機構。
- 請求項5に記載の位相偏位機構において、駆動部材及び被動部材の一方と共に回転する、二つの直径方向に対向する弓形空洞を含み、各々が、二つの部材の他方と共に回転する二つの半径方向の仕切り翼体の各々により二つの作用室に分割された位相偏位機構。
- 請求項2〜6の何れかに記載の位相偏位機構において、各々が一方向バルブを含む二つの磁気回路がタイミングを各々前進及び後退させるために配備された位相偏位機構。
