Claims (10)
- 一方で、それぞれの接触面を介して相互に接触し、その際、環状のフランジ(10)を介して型の1つの面(F)に当接させて支持することができるパリソンの首状部(9)を受け入れることができる首状通路(6)を介して前記型の前記面(F)上に開口する成型用のキャビティ(5)の少なくとも一部分を形成するように一緒にすることができる2つの型部分(2)を有する少なくとも1つのブローイング用の型(1)を有し、
他方で、前記パリソン(7)の首状部(9)を覆って載せられ、前記型の前記面(F)を封止(13)するように前面で支えられるようにすることができるベル型(11)のブローイング用のノズル(12)を含むブローイング手段を有し、
前記2つの型部分(2)は、ブローイングの間に、ブローイング用の流体の圧力の作用で該2つの型部分の前記両接触面の間に隙間(14)を生じさせて離れる方向に移動することができる、
ポリエチレンテレフタレートのような熱可塑性ポリマー製のパリソン(7)から、容器、特にボトルをブロー成形またはストレッチブロー成形する装置において、
(前記隙間によって前記流体に与えられる断面積と比較して考えて)比較的大きな断面積を有する漏洩手段(21,24;26;29)が、少なくとも1つの型部分(2)の少なくとも1つの接触面(20)の位置から設けられ、ブローイング用の前記ノズル(12)のベル状部(11)の設置部(13)を越えて延びており、

- 前記漏洩手段は、少なくとも1つの型部分(2)の前記接触面(20)から、ブローイング用の前記ノズル(12)の前記ベル状部(11)の設置部(13)の内側と外側の間でくり抜かれ、内側の端部(24)が塞がれている少なくとも1つの溝(21)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記漏洩手段は、前記2つの型部分の、対向する前記接触面からそれぞれくり抜かれた少なくとも2つの溝(21)を有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記漏洩手段は、前記隙間(14)の、前記ベル状部(11)が上に載っている部分によってブローイング用の前記流体の通路に与えられた断面積の約10倍の断面積を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記漏洩手段は、前記型の前記面(F)の近くに配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記漏洩手段は、前記パリソンの前記首状部を入れることができる前記首状通路(6)の所に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記型(1)の前記面(F)は、前記パリソンの前記首状部用の通路孔(6)が開けられ、ブローイングの間、ブローイング用の前記ノズル(12)の前記ベル状部(11)が、封止するように(13)前面で支えられる取り外し可能な首状プレート(30)を取り付けられ、該首状プレート(30)は、前記2つの型部分(2)をによってそれぞれ支持されている2つの首状ハーフプレート(26)から形成されており、
前記漏洩手段は、前記首状プレート(30)内に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記漏洩手段は、首状ハーフプレートが有する半分の通路の各側に1つずつ、少なくとも1つの首状ハーフプレートの接触面からくり抜かれた2つの溝(21)を有し、各溝(21)はその内側の端部が塞がれ、ブローイング用のノズルの設置部を越えた他端部の所で、首状ハーフプレート(26)の上面に開口する横の縦穴(29)と連通していることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記横の縦穴(29)は、前記接触面が、隣接する端面に接続する位置の隅部において、前記首状ハーフプレート(26)の前記接触面の端部からくり抜かれた切れ込みによって形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の装置。
