Claims (5)
- 変圧器のコイルを絶縁する方法で、
(a)変圧器のコイルを型内に置いて、コイル・型集合体を作ること、
(b)直流電流をコイルに加えて、コイルを設定時間の間、設定温度になるように抵抗加熱して、コイル、及び、コイル・型集合体の内部から全ての水分を除去すること、
(c)直流電流をコイル・型集合体に加え、その一方で、真空の下でコイルを抵抗加熱して設定温度を保持し、コイルを封入するために液状エポキシ樹脂を型に充填すること、
(d)直流電流をコイルに加えて、エポキシのゲル化を達成するために、エポキシで封入されたコイルを設定時間の間、設定温度にするため抵抗加熱すること、
(e)直流電流をコイルに加え続けて、エポキシで封入されたコイルを抵抗加熱し、最終温度にして、設定時間の間、エポキシで封入されたコイルに対する最終硬化温度を実現すること。
(f)その後に、硬化したエポキシで封入されたコイルを型から取出すこと、
のステップから成る方法。 - 直流電圧をコイル導体に加えて、かつ、プロセスのステップ(b)から(e)に必要な導体温度を維持するために、その直流電圧を、循環電流と共に監視することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の変圧器のコイルを絶縁する方法。
- コイル導体の抵抗を継続的に監視し、かつ、温度に変換することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の変圧器のコイルを絶縁する方法。
- 同じコイル用巻き線を直列配置で電気的に相互接続することにより、複数のコイルを同時に処理することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の変圧器のコイルを絶縁する方法。
- 同じコイル用巻き線を並列配置で電気的に相互接続することにより、複数のコイルを同時に処理することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の変圧器のコイルを絶縁する方法。
