Abstract
【解決手段】 モータ1は回転軸6を支持するケーシング2とホルダ3を備えており、このホルダ3の内部周縁近傍に形成した凹溝3d内に過電流保護素子としてのPTC14を収納すると共に、凹溝3dの形成部位が軸線方向に最大長さとなるように、ホルダ3の外壁面に上記直線Pを横切って45度で交差するテーパ状の切欠き面3cを形成する。操作レバー37に力覚を付与するための駆動源として上記構成のモータを2個用い、第1および第2のモータ41,42を互いの回転軸6を通る直線Pが直交するように配置したとき、両モータ41,42に付設されたホルダ3の切欠き面3cが直線Pの交点Qを挟んで対向するように近接させた。

Claims (7)
- 一端を開口し内周面に永久磁石が固着された筒状のケーシングと、このケーシングの開口端に被着されたホルダと、これらケーシングとホルダに軸支された回転軸と、この回転軸に取り付けられた電機子および整流子と、この整流子に摺接するブラシと、このブラシに接続された入力端子と、前記電機子巻線に流れる電流を制御する板状の正特性サーミスタとを備え、前記入力端子と前記正特性サーミスタを前記ホルダに保持したモータであって、
前記正特性サーミスタを前記ケーシングの内部に対面する前記ホルダの内壁面の周縁近傍に形成した収納部に保持すると共に、このホルダの外壁面に前記収納部側をホルダ本体の最大長さとして斜め方向に延びる切欠き部を形成し、前記回転軸と同軸上にある直線が前記切欠き部を通るように構成したことを特徴とするモータ。 - 請求項1の記載において、前記正特性サーミスタがその板面を前記回転軸と平行にした状態で前記収納部に保持されていることを特徴とするモータ。
- 請求項1または2の記載において、前記切欠き部が前記回転軸に対して略45度の角度で交差するテーパ面であることを特徴とするモータ。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のモータを備え、前記ホルダから突出させた前記回転軸の端部にコード板を固着すると共に、このコード板の回転を検出する検出素子の少なくとも一部を前記切欠き部内に配置したことを特徴とするエンコーダ付きモータ。
- 揺動操作可能な操作レバーと、この操作レバーの揺動操作に連動して回転可能であると共に互いの回転軸を直交する一対の駆動レバーと、これら駆動レバーを回転可能に支持する基台と、前記両駆動レバーを駆動する一対のアクチュエータとを備え、前記両アクチュエータが請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のモータであり、これら両モータを前記ホルダが互いに隣接するように直交配置すると共に、これら両モータの交点位置で前記両ホルダに形成された前記切欠き部同士を対向させたことを特徴とする多方向入力装置。
- 請求項5の記載において、前記両モータの前記ホルダと反対側から突出する回転軸にそれぞれギヤを固着し、これらギヤを前記両駆動レバーに設けたギヤ部に噛合させたことを特徴とする多方向入力装置。
- 請求項6の記載において、前記両駆動レバーの回転をそれぞれギヤ列を介して検出する一対のロータリエンコーダと、これらロータリエンコーダの出力信号に基づいて前記両モータの駆動を制御する制御部とを備え、前記基台が少なくとも2つの側壁を略直交する方向で結合させた支持部を有し、この支持部の両側壁に前記ギヤ列と前記ロータリエンコーダのコード板を支持させたことを特徴とする多方向入力装置。
