Abstract
【解決手段】 フレーム4に一対の駆動レバー5,6を互いの回転軸が直交するように軸支し、両駆動レバー5,6の交差部分に揺動操作可能な操作レバー7を連結すると共に、一対の回転モータ11,12によって両駆動レバー5,6を介して操作レバー7に外力を付与する力覚付与型入力装置において、操作レバー7の相対変位量を一対のロータリエンコーダ30,31で検出すると共に、両駆動レバー5,6に固着した回動板9,10と、これら回動板9,10に形成した遮蔽部9a,10aの有無を検出してオン/オフ信号を出力するフォトインタラプタ32,33とで絶対位置検出手段し、制御部34がフォトインタラプタ32,33のオン/オフ切り換え信号に基づいて操作レバー7の基準位置を求めるようにした。

Claims (7)
- 操作者が手動で操作する操作部材と、この操作部材を変位可能に支持する基台と、前記操作部材の変位量を検出する相対位置検出手段と、前記操作部材の基準位置を検出する絶対位置検出手段と、前記操作部材に外力を付与するアクチュエータと、前記相対位置検出手段および前記絶対位置検出手段の出力信号に基づいて前記アクチュエータの駆動を制御する制御手段とを備え、
前記絶対位置検出手段が、前記操作部材の変位に伴って移動する被検出部材と、この被検出部材の有無を検出してオン/オフ信号を出力する検出素子とからなり、
前記制御手段は前記検出素子の出力変化に基づいて前記操作部材の基準位置を演算することを特徴とする力覚付与型入力装置。 - 請求項1の記載において、前記被検出部材は移動可能な被検出領域の一方の側を占有しており、前記制御手段は、システムの起動時に前記検出素子の出力変化が生じるまで前記アクチュエータを正方向または逆方向へ駆動制御することを特徴とする力覚付与型入力装置。
- 請求項2の記載において、前記制御手段は、システムの起動時に前記検出素子が被検出部材を検出する場合は該被検出部材を検出しなくなる方向へ前記アクチュエータを駆動制御し、前記検出素子が被検出部材を検出しない場合は該被検出部材を検出する方向へ前記アクチュエータを駆動制御することを特徴とする力覚付与型入力装置。
- 請求項2の記載において、前記制御手段は、前記検出素子の出力変化が生じた位置で前記アクチュエータの駆動を停止すると共に、当該位置を前記操作部材の基準位置としてイニシャライズすることを特徴とする力覚付与型入力装置。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項の記載において、前記操作部材が揺動操作可能な操作レバーからなると共に、この操作レバーの揺動操作に連動して互いの回転軸を直交するように回転する一対の駆動レバーを備え、前記アクチュエータがこれら両駆動レバーを介して前記操作部材に外力を付与する一対の回転モータであることを特徴とする力覚付与型入力装置。
- 請求項5の記載において、前記被検出部材が前記駆動レバーと一体的に回動する回動板であると共に、前記検出素子が前記回動板の回動領域内に配設されたフォトインタラプタであり、かつ前記相対位置検出手段がロータリエンコーダであることを特徴とする力覚付与型入力装置。
- 請求項6の記載において、前記回動板が可動範囲の中間位置を通過したときに前記フォトインタラプタからオン/オフの切り換え信号が出力されることを特徴とする力覚付与型入力装置。
