Abstract
【解決手段】 リニアガイドのレール及びスライダ上のグルーブの断面輪郭として放物線を用いることで、リニアガイドの転がり体とそのグルーブとの全面的な接触による転がり体とそのグルーブ間との摩擦が過酷に増大される問題を回避できると共に、本発明のグルーブの断面輪郭は、リニアガイドにより効果的な良い荷重領域を備えさせることによって、リニアガイドに良い荷重能力がもたらされることになる。

Claims (5)
- 上方に長さ方向に沿ってレールグルーブが設けられた長条状のレールと、
前記のレール上に嵌合され、かつ前記のレールグルーブに対応してスライダグルーブが設けられたスライダと、
前記レールグルーブとスライダグルーブとの間に設けられ、前記スライダをレールに対してレールの長さ方向に移動させる複数の転がり体と、を含むリニアガイドにおいて、
前記のレールグルーブとスライダグルーブの少なく一つの断面輪郭は、放物線であることを特徴とする。 - 前記放物線は、複数の円弧状により近似してなるものを特徴とする請求項1記載のリニアガイド。
- 前記転がり体の半径は、放物線の焦点距離の1.5乃至3倍であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載のリニアガイド。
- 前記転がり体の半径は、放物線の焦点距離の1.9乃至2.1倍であることを特徴とする請求項3記載のリニアガイド。
- 前記転がり体と前記グルーブの断面輪郭との接触点は、前記放物線の頂点の近くにあることを特徴とする請求項1記載のリニアガイド。
