Abstract

Claims (5)
- ホログラムの干渉縞又は回折格子パターンの格子がレリーフパターンとして記録された透明樹脂層表面において、方向性のある万線又は網点からなるパターンの万線又は網点に対応する位置のレリーフパターンが省かれ、その代わりに一定高さあるいは深さの突起あるいは溝が前記透明樹脂層表面に設けられて凹凸レリーフ構造を構成していることを特徴とする光回折構造体。
- 前記透明樹脂層表面に設けられた凹凸レリーフ構造上に反射層が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光回折構造体。
- 前記レリーフパターンの面と前記突起あるいは溝の面との間の高さの差が50nm以上に設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の光回折構造体。
- 前記方向性のある万線又は網点からなるパターンが、2つ以上の方向性が異なる万線又は網点からなる領域が並列されたパターンからなることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1項記載の光回折構造体。
- 前記方向性のある万線又は網点からなるパターン中の少なくとも1つ領域の周囲に縁取り領域が設定され、その縁取り領域における万線又は網点が、その縁取り領域を挟む両側の領域の万線又は網点と方向性が異なるものであることを特徴とする請求項4記載の光回折構造体。
