Abstract
【解決手段】 水分交換モジュールが、水分透過型の中空糸膜の束を備える。これには、内部の流れ内で中空糸膜を通って流れるガス流を供給するための供給ラインが設けられる。ガス流が通って流れ得る断面は、ライン要素の断面から開始して、中空糸膜の束の断面へと広がる。本発明によれば、ガスの流れから液体粒子を分離する手段が、供給ラインと中空糸膜の束との間の領域内に設けられる。これらの手段は、溝の形態で設計され、遠心力がこの手段へ向かう液体粒子の移動を助けるような形で、ガスの流れが案内されるように配置される。水分交換モジュールは、燃料電池システムのための供給空気を給湿するために使用され得ることが好ましい。

Claims (9)
- 水分透過型の中空糸膜の束と、内部の流れ内で前記中空糸膜を通って流れるガス流を供給するための供給ラインとを備えた水分交換モジュールであって、
前記ガスの流れから液体粒子を分離する手段(9)が、前記供給ラインと前記中空糸膜の束(8)との間の領域内に設けられることを特徴とする水分交換モジュール。 - 前記手段(9)が、前記供給ラインの壁内に溝(12)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水分交換モジュール。
- 前記手段(9)が、前記供給ラインと前記中空糸膜の束(8)との間の流入領域(10)の壁内に溝(12)を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の水分交換モジュール。
- 前記溝(12)が、前記ガスの流れ内の少なくとも速度成分の流れの方向に、少なくともほぼ垂直に走ることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の水分交換モジュール。
- 前記手段(9)が、格子(18a)、穴あきメタルシート(18b)、又は編物構造(18c)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1、2、または4に記載の水分交換モジュール。
- 前記ガスの流れが、遠心力が前記手段(9)へ向かう前記液体粒子の移動を助けるような形で案内される領域内に、前記手段(9)が配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の水分交換モジュール。
- 前記手段が、前記ガスの流れの領域から、集められた液体を排出する装置(13)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の水分交換モジュール。
- 燃料電池システム(1)内での、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の水分交換モジュールの使用法。
- 前記水分交換モジュール(7)が、前記燃料電池システムのための供給空気を給湿し、前記供給空気が、圧縮装置(6)により、前記中空糸膜の外部表面に沿って前記燃料電池システム(1)内に送達され、前記燃料電池システム(1)の燃料電池(2)からの湿った交換ガスが、前記中空糸膜を通って流れることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の使用法。
