Abstract
【解決手段】 中心軸22に沿って移動可能な磁気ロッド32の周囲に、複数の磁気感応素子(例えばホールIC)34A、34Bが設置される。磁気感応素子34A、34Bは、中心軸22方向の直線距離座標及び中心軸22回り回転角度座標の双方で異なる位置にそれぞれ配置される。回路40が、磁気感応素子34A、34Bからの出力信号50A、50Bの平均信号54を生成する。回路42が、平均信号54に基づき磁気ロッド32の変位量を測定し、また、出力信号50A、50Bに基づき磁気ロッド32のシフトや傾きに起因する出力信号50A、50Bの誤差を検出して測定方法を修正する。

Claims (7)
- 複数の磁気感応素子と、
所定の基準軸(22)に沿って前記磁気感応素子に対し相対的に移動可能であって、前記複数の磁気感応素子の位置に、移動方向における変位量に応じて変わる強度をもった磁界を形成する磁気部材(14)と
を備え、
前記基準軸(22)に沿った直線距離座標と前記基準軸(22)を中心とした回転角度座標と前記基準軸(22)からの半径距離座標からなる円柱座標系を想定した場合、
前記複数の磁気感応素子が、前記直線距離座標において異なる位置に配置され、それぞれの配置場所における前記磁界の強度に応じたレベルをもつ信号を出力する変位センサ(10)。 - 請求項1記載の変位センサにおいて、
前記複数個の磁気感応素子の出力信号を受け、受けた前記出力信号のレベルの平均のレベルをもつ平均信号(54)を出力する平均回路(40)を更に備えた変位センサ(10)。 - 請求項1記載の変位センサにおいて、
前記磁気部材(14)が、非磁性材製のホルダ(26)と、前記ホルダ(26)内に固定された磁石(28)とを有する変位センサ(10)。 - 請求項1乃至3記載の変位センサにおいて、
前記複数の磁気感応素子が、前記回転角度座標において異なる位置に配置されている変位センサ(10)。 - 請求項1乃至3記載の変位センサにおいて、
前記複数の磁気感応素子のうちの2つの磁気感応素子(34A、34B)が、前記回転角度座標における180度異なる角度位置に配置されている変位センサ(10)。 - 請求項1乃至3記載の変位センサにおいて、
前記複数の磁気感応素子(34A、34B、34C)が、前記回転角度座標において360度を前記磁気感応素子の個数で等分した角度だけ異なる位置に配置されている変位センサ(10)。 - 請求項1乃至3記載の変位センサにおいて、
少なくとも3個の前記磁気感応素子(34A、34B、34C)を有し、前記少なくとも3個の磁気感応素子(34A、34B、34C)が、前記回転角度座標における180度異なる位置に、前記直線距離座標における配列順序に従って互い違いに配置されている変位センサ(10)。
