Abstract
【解決手段】 課題を解決できる手段として、ノリを含有する魚介類養殖用固形乾燥飼料あるいは固形乾燥飼料用添加剤を用いることが有効であることを見出した。この飼料あるいは飼料添加剤を養殖魚介類に投与することにより、養殖魚介類の黄色系体色、茶褐色系殻色、体表粘液分泌、魚介類臭又は抗病性を改善することができる。

(3)養殖魚介類がアユであることを特徴とする(1)記載の固形乾燥飼料、
(4)養殖魚介類がアユであることを特徴とする(2)記載の添加剤、
(5)ノリを養殖魚介類に投与することにより、養殖魚介類の黄色系体色、茶褐色系殻色、体表粘液分泌、魚介類臭又は抗病性を改善する方法
に関する。
表1に示す2種類(対照区と試験区)のクランブル飼料を作製した。試験区飼料には3重量%のノリを配合した。
アユ水槽試験に用いた飼料と同組成のクランブル飼料を作製した(表1)。試験区飼料にはノリを3重量%配合した。底面積225m2(15×15m)、水深1.5mの池4面(No.1〜No.4)に平均体重約24gのアユを各々73,460尾、61,870尾、69,740尾、71,590尾ずつ収容し、2面を対照区とし残りの2面をノリ配合の試験区とした。換水率は4回/日とし、3回/日で毎日給餌した。試験期間は26日間で、その間の池水温は17〜18℃であった。
その結果、飼育成績は表4に示すとおりとなった。
表6に示す組成の2種のドライペレットをエクストルーダーで作製した。試験区飼料にはノリを3%配合した。
平均体重が約2.2g、平均殻長が約25mmのエゾアワビを100個体ずつの2群に分け、一方を対照区とし、他方を試験区とした。対照区には海藻原料として褐藻類のみを25%配合した飼料を給与し、試験区には褐藻類を15重量%とノリを10重量%配合した飼料を給与した。底面積0.6m2(60×100cm)の塩化ビニール製水槽を用い、水深は30cmとし、水中に遮光板を設置して飼育した。給餌は日曜日を除く週6日とし、1日1回夕方に行った。

- ノリを含有してなる魚介類養殖用固形乾燥飼料。
- ノリを含有してなる魚介類養殖用固形乾燥飼料用添加剤。
- 養殖魚介類がアユであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の固形乾燥飼料。
- 養殖魚介類がアユであることを特徴とする請求項2記載の添加剤。
- ノリを養殖魚介類に投与することにより、養殖魚介類の黄色系体色、茶褐色系殻色、体表粘液分泌、魚介類臭又は抗病性を改善する方法。
