Description

(4)養殖魚介類がアユであることを特徴とする(2)記載の添加剤、
(5)ノリを養殖魚介類に投与することにより、養殖魚介類の黄色系体色、茶褐色系殻色、体表粘液分泌、魚介類臭又は抗病性を改善する方法
に関する。
表1に示す2種類(対照区と試験区)のクランブル飼料を作製した。試験区飼料には3重量%のノリを配合した。
アユ水槽試験に用いた飼料と同組成のクランブル飼料を作製した(表1)。試験区飼料にはノリを3重量%配合した。底面積225m2(15×15m)、水深1.5mの池4面(No.1〜No.4)に平均体重約24gのアユを各々73,460尾、61,870尾、69,740尾、71,590尾ずつ収容し、2面を対照区とし残りの2面をノリ配合の試験区とした。換水率は4回/日とし、3回/日で毎日給餌した。試験期間は26日間で、その間の池水温は17〜18℃であった。
その結果、飼育成績は表4に示すとおりとなった。
表6に示す組成の2種のドライペレットをエクストルーダーで作製した。試験区飼料にはノリを3%配合した。
平均体重が約2.2g、平均殻長が約25mmのエゾアワビを100個体ずつの2群に分け、一方を対照区とし、他方を試験区とした。対照区には海藻原料として褐藻類のみを25%配合した飼料を給与し、試験区には褐藻類を15重量%とノリを10重量%配合した飼料を給与した。底面積0.6m2(60×100cm)の塩化ビニール製水槽を用い、水深は30cmとし、水中に遮光板を設置して飼育した。給餌は日曜日を除く週6日とし、1日1回夕方に行った。

- アマノリ属に属する海藻をアユに投与することにより、アユの黄色系体色、体表粘液分泌、アユ臭又は抗病性を改善する方法。
