Claims (8)
- 金属製半加工品仕上げ方法であって、
1.半加工品を硬化前に加工する工程と、
2.完成部品で高い品質要求に応える必要のある高品質面をバニシ仕上げする工程と、
3.半加工品を硬化させる工程と、
を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 半加工品が熱間鍛造金属で作られている請求項1記載の方法。
- 高品質面が転がり軸受の軸受面によって構成されている請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 高品質面がガスケット座によって構成されている請求項1乃至3の何れか1項記載の方法。
- 高品質面がボールハブによって構成されている請求項1乃至3の何れか1項記載の方法。
- 半加工品が等速継手の継手部によって構成されている請求項1乃至5の何れか1項記載の方法。
- 半加工品が三脚スパイダ(10)によって構成されている請求項6記載の方法。
- 高品質面が三脚スパイダ(10)のピボット(12)上に配置された転がり軸受の軸受面(16)によって構成されている請求項7記載の方法。
