Abstract
【解決手段】主流路とバイパス流路を備え、バイパス流路の壁面に熱式流量センサ211が配置されている。主流路におけるバイパス流路との分流部より上流側に第1整流手段14が配置され、かつ、バイパス流路における熱式流量センサの上流側に第2整流手段24が配置されている。主流路部材11の側面に形成された開口部にバイパス流路部材12が挿入されることによって主流路部材11の側面開口部が封止されると共に、バイパス流路の入口121及び出口122が主流路中に位置する。

Claims (5)
- 主流路とバイパス流路を備え、バイパス流路の壁面に熱式流量センサを配置した分流式流量センサ装置であって、
前記主流路における前記バイパス流路との分流部より上流側に第1整流手段が配置され、かつ、
前記バイパス流路における前記熱式流量センサの上流側に第2整流手段が配置されていることを特徴とする分流式流量センサ装置。 - 前記第1整流手段を含む主流路が形成された主流路モジュールと、前記第2整流手段を含むバイパス流路が形成されたバイパス流路モジュールとを備え、前記主流路モジュールの側面に形成された開口部に前記バイパス流路モジュールが挿入されることによって前記開口部が封止されると共に、前記バイパス流路の入口及び出口が前記主流路中に位置するように構成されていることを特徴とする
請求項1記載の分流式流量センサ装置。 - 前記バイパス流路の入口が前記主流路の断面の略中央部に位置するように構成されていることを特徴とする
請求項1又は2記載の分流式流量センサ装置。 - 前記バイパス流路の入口を構成するバイパス流路モジュールの先端部が前記主流路の上流側に突出していることを特徴とする
請求項1、2又は3記載の分流式流量センサ装置。 - 前記第2整流手段は複数のメッシュ板を重ねたものであり、各メッシュ板はメッシュが形成されたメッシュ部とメッシュが形成されていない板状部とからなり、前記メッシュ部を前記板状部より薄く形成することにより、隣接するメッシュ板のメッシュ部の間に一定の隙間が形成されていることを特徴とする
請求項1から4のいずれか1項記載の分流式流量センサ装置。
