Abstract
【解決手段】 レゾール型フェノール樹脂100質量部に対し無機繊維40〜100質量部、カップリング剤処理を施した平均粒子径が0.5〜15μmの天然シリカ粉末30〜90質量部及びゴム成分1〜15質量部を主成分として配合してなるフェノール樹脂成形材料。無機繊維として、ガラス繊維、天然シリカ粉末の形状として破砕形のものを使用することができる。成形品として樹脂製プーリが挙げられる。

Description
(1)スパイラルフロー
以下の条件で渦巻き線香状の成形品をトランスファー成形し、その渦の長さをスパイラルフロー値とした。
成形条件:金型温度165℃ 成形圧力5.3MPa 試料50g
(2)曲げ強さ、曲げ弾性率
JIS K 6911に準拠し、曲げ強さ、曲げ弾性率を測定した。
(3)ロックウェル硬度
JIS K 6911に準拠し、ロックウェル硬度を測定した。
(4)ざらつき摩耗体積
JIS K 7204による摩耗試験において、2000回転までの減少体積を測定した。
(5)プーリダスト試験(プーリ摩耗性、ベルト攻撃性)
ダスト量1kg/m3、回転数0〜7000rpm、荷重980Nの条件でプーリダスト試験を行い、400hr可動後の摩耗状態を確認し、ゴムベルトとの摺動面であるプーリ外周溝部に摩耗が認められないものには○、摩耗が認められるものについては×とした。また、ゴムベルトへの攻撃性については、攻撃性の認められないものには○、認められたものには×とした。
(6)耐ヒートショック性
−40及び120℃各30minを1000サイクル実施後のクラックを確認し、クラック発生のないものには○、またクラック発生が確認されたものは×として示した。
(7)ノズルチップ摩耗
射出成形機に簡易ノズルチップ(材質:S−45C)を取り付け、材料を100g/ショットを300回実施したときのノズルチップ摩耗量を測定した。
実施例1
ジメチレンエーテル型レゾール樹脂[旭有機材工業(株)製、数平均分子量800]100質量部、ガラス繊維[日本電気硝子(株)製]75質量部、天然シリカ粉末[(株)龍森製、平均粒子径1.5μm、カップリング剤処理済み]65質量部、ニトリルゴム[JSR(株)製、PNC−38]12質量部、消石灰6質量部、酸化マゲネシウム5質量部、ステアリン酸亜鉛5質量部を配合し均一に混合した後、熱ロールにて均一に加熱混練してシート状にし、冷却後パワーミルで粉砕しグラニュール状の成形材料を製造した。
シリンダー温度:前部85℃、後部50℃、
金型温度:180℃、
硬化時間:60秒
の条件で射出成形を行い、性能評価用試験片及びプーリを作製した。得られた試験片について、曲げ強さ、曲げ弾性率、ロックウェル硬度及びざらつき摩耗体積を測定した。また得られたプーリについて、プーリダスト試験によってプーリ摩耗性及びベルト攻撃性を評価し、さらには耐ヒートショック性を評価した。また、ノズルチップ摩耗について、試験片作成後、試験用ノズルチップを装着し、材料の射出のみを300回繰り返し実施し、ノズルチップに付着している材料を全て取り払い、試験前後の重量差をノズルチップ摩耗量とした。その結果を表1に示す。
実施例2〜3及び比較例1〜10
配合割合を表1に示すように変えた以外は実施例1と同様にして実施し、成形材料を製造したのち各試験片及びプーリを作製し、性能を評価した。その結果を表1に示す。
Claims (4)
- レゾール型フェノール樹脂100質量部に対し無機繊維40〜100質量部、カップリング剤処理を施した平均粒子径が0.5〜15μmの天然シリカ粉末30〜90質量部及びゴム成分1〜15質量部を主成分として配合してなるフェノール樹脂成形材料。
- 無機繊維がガラス繊維を50質量%以上含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフェノール樹脂成形材料。
- 天然シリカ粉末の形状が破砕形であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のフェノール樹脂成形材料。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のフェノール樹脂成形材料を用いて成形されたことを特徴とする樹脂製プーリ。
