Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、結合ロッドなどの結合構成部品のためのエラストマー材料による吸収装置に関し、結合構成部品は、2つの面11、12を備えるヘッド10を有し、該2つの面は、互いに平行であり、かつそのケージ13を有するボールジョイント14のためのハウジングを形成する内腔により横断される。吸収装置は、ディスク形態の2つの要素101、103を有し、該2つの要素は、互いに平行であり、ヘッドに対して突出するボールジョイントの部分を覆わないように、充分に広い中央開口を各々有し、かつ2つの要素の周囲において連結手段110、111、112、113、114、115によって結合されることを特徴としている。
本発明は、特に、ターボジェットの付属品ギヤボックスのサスペンション結合ロッドの据え付けに適用される。

Claims (8)
- 結合ロッドなどの結合構成部品のためのエラストマー材料の吸収装置であって、前記構成部品が、2つの面(11、12)を持つヘッド(10)を有し、2つの面(11、12)が、互いに平行であり、かつケージ(13)を有するボールジョイント(14)のためのハウジングを形成する内腔により横断され、吸収装置が、ディスク形態の2つの要素(101、103)を含み、該2つの要素が、互いに平行であり、ヘッドに対して突出しているボールジョイントの部分を覆わないように、充分に広い中央開口を各々有し、かつ2つの要素の周囲において連結手段(110、111、112、113、114、115)によって結合されることを特徴とする、吸収装置。
- ディスク形態の要素(101、103)が、ヘッドの一面と比べて突出するボールジョイント(14)の部分に少なくとも等しい厚みを有する、請求項1に記載の吸収装置。
- 2つの要素(101、103)の厚みが同一である、請求項1または2に記載の吸収装置。
- 前記2つの要素(101、103)の厚みが異なる、請求項1または2に記載の吸収装置。
- 前記連結手段が、複数のアーム(110、111、112、113、114、115)によって形成される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の吸収装置。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の吸収装置を、雌ヨーク(20)のラグ(21、23)の間にピン(30)によって支持される結合ロッドなどの結合構成部品に取り付けるための方法であって、結合構成部品のヘッド(10)が自由であるため、各ディスク形態の2つの要素(101、103)が、前記ヘッド(10)の一面に当たるまで、吸収装置(100)が、ヘッドの周りでスライドされ、吸収装置(100)を有するヘッドが、ヨークのラグ(21、23)の間に挿入され、結合構成部品が、前記ピンを用いてヨーク(20)内にロックされる、方法。
- ヘッド(10)の各面(11、12)と隣接するラグとの間の遊びが異なるため、および吸収装置(100)が、他方の要素よりも厚い一方の要素(101、103)を有するため、最大の遊びを有するヘッドの面とラグとの間に、より厚い要素が配置される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 結合構成部品の各面と該各面に面するラグとの間に、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の吸収装置(10)を有し、2つのラグ(21、23)によってヨーク(20)に取り付けられる、結合構成部品(10)のための吸収システム。
