Abstract
【解決手段】カム軸26に設けられて,圧縮行程で排気タペット27eを開弁方向に作動する作動位置C及び,排気タペット27eを解放する不作動位置D間を移動するデコンプカム部材47と,カム軸26に設けられて,排気タペット27eを解放する不作動位置F及び,機関の吸気行程で排気タペット27eを開弁方向に作動し得る作動位置G間を移動する排気還流カム部材48と,カム軸26により駆動されて,デコンプカム部材47を,機関の始動回転域aで作動位置Cに,始動後に不作動位置Dに作動すると共に,排気還流カム部材48を,機関の低速運転域bで不作動位置Fに,高速運転域cで作動位置Gに作動する共通の遠心機構46とを備える。

Claims (4)
- クランク軸(6)に連動するカム軸(26)と,このカム軸(26)に形成された吸気カム(26i)及び排気カム(26e)にそれぞれ従動して吸気弁(17i)及び排気弁(17e)をそれぞれ開閉する吸気カム従動部材(27i)及び排気カム従動部材(27e)とを備える,内燃機関の動弁装置において,
前記カム軸(26)に設けられて,機関の圧縮行程で該排気カム従動部材(27e)を排気弁(17e)の開き方向に作動する作動位置(C)及び,前記排気カム従動部材(27e)を解放する不作動位置(D)間を移動するデコンプカム部材(47)と,前記カム軸(26)に設けられて,前記排気カム従動部材(27e)を解放する不作動位置(F)及び,機関の吸気行程で該排気カム従動部材(27e)を排気弁(17e)の開き方向に作動し得る作動位置(G)間を移動する排気還流カム部材(48)と,前記カム軸(26)により駆動されて,前記デコンプカム部材(47)を,機関の始動回転域(a)で作動位置(C)に,始動後に不作動位置(D)に作動すると共に,前記排気還流カム部材(48)を,機関の低速運転域(b)で不作動位置(F)に,高速運転域(c)で作動位置(G)に作動する共通の遠心機構(46)とを更に備えることを特徴とする,内燃機関の動弁装置。 - 請求項1記載の内燃機関の動弁装置において,
前記遠心機構(46)を,前記カム軸(26)に固設される支持部材(32)に半径方向に揺動可能に軸支される遠心重錘(35;351 ,352 )と,この遠心重錘(35;351 ,352 )を半径方向内方へ付勢する戻しばね(43,44;53)と,前記遠心重錘(35;351 ,352 )の揺動に連動すると共に,前記デコンプカム部材(47)及び排気還流カム部材(48)にそれぞれ設けられたカム(58,59)に係合して,前記デコンプカム部材(47)を,機関の始動回転域(a)で作動位置(C)に,始動後に不作動位置(D)に駆動し,また前記排気還流カム部材(48)を,機関の低速運転域(b)では不作動位置(F)に,高速運転域(c)では作動位置(G)に駆動する共通の駆動部材(45)とで構成したことを特徴とする,内燃機関の動弁装置。 - 請求項2記載の内燃機関の動弁装置において,
前記戻しばねを,前記遠心重錘(35)に対する半径方向内向きの付勢力を常時発揮する第1戻しばね(43)と,該遠心重錘(35)が半径方向外方へ所定角度以上揺動したときから該遠心重錘(35)に対する半径方向内向きの反発力を発揮する第2戻しばね(44)とで構成したことを特徴とする,内燃機関の動弁装置。 - 請求項2記載の内燃機関の動弁装置において,
前記遠心重錘を,前記カム軸(26)の回転中,常時前記戻しばね(53)の付勢力に対抗する遠心力を発揮する第1遠心重錘(351 )と,この第1遠心重錘(351 )が半径方向外方へ所定角度揺動するまでは第1遠心重錘(351 )と一体となって前記戻しばね(53)の付勢力に対抗する遠心力を発揮するが,第1遠心重錘(351 )の半径方向外方への揺動が所定角度以上になると第1遠心重錘(351 )から分離して前記戻しばね(53)の付勢力と対抗する遠心力を無効にされる第2遠心重錘(352 )とで構成ことを特徴とする,内燃機関の動弁装置。
