Abstract
【解決手段】合成樹脂から成るホルダ15と、両端子板19が略U字状に屈曲してセンサ素子16に連なる屈曲部19aならびにセンサ素子16を横切る平面PLに沿って延びて屈曲部19aに連なる平板部19bを有するように形成された状態でホルダ15に保持されるセンサ素子16と、両端子板19の平板部19bに電気的に接続されたコード17の一部とを埋没せしめるようにして、ハウジング18が型成形される。

Claims (2)
- 合成樹脂から成るハウジング(18)の先端部に、一側面に形成される感磁面(16a)を前記ハウジング(18)の側方に向けるとともに前記感磁面(16a)と反対側の側面(16b)から一対の端子板(19)が延出されるセンサ素子(16)が埋設され、前記両端子板(19)に電気的に接続されたコード(17)が前記ハウジング(18)の後部から延出されるセンサ装置において、合成樹脂により単一部材に形成されるホルダ(15)と、前記両端子板(19)が略U字状に屈曲してセンサ素子(16)に連なる屈曲部(19a)ならびに前記センサ素子(16)を横切る平面(PL)に沿って延びて前記屈曲部(19a)に連なる平板部(19b)を有するように形成された状態で前記ホルダ(15)に保持される前記センサ素子(16)と、前記両端子板(19)の平板部(19b)に電気的に接続されたコード(17)の一部とを埋没せしめるようにして、前記ハウジング(18)が型成形されることを特徴とするセンサ装置。
- 前記ホルダ(15)に、前記センサ素子(16)を位置決め保持するための位置決め部(24)と、該位置決め部(24)で保持されたセンサ素子(16)から延出される両端子板(19)間に位置する仕切り壁(26,30)とが設けられることを特徴とする請求項1記載のセンサ装置。
