Abstract
【解決手段】 ハイブリッド式の作業機械において、機械の作業終了時に、このときのキャパシタ6の充電電圧が放電設定値よりも高い場合に、この放電設定値を超える電力分をキャパシタ6から補助バッテリ8に向けて放電させるようにした。また、作業中の補助バッテリ8の充電量を制限して空き容量を確保し、作業終了時のキャパシタ6の放電作用が確実に行われるようにした。

Claims (2)
- エンジンと、このエンジンによって駆動される発電機と、主蓄電装置としてのキャパシタと、補助蓄電装置とを備え、上記発電機出力を上記キャパシタ及び補助蓄電装置に蓄えるように構成された作業機械の動力源装置において、機械の作業終了を検出する作業終了検出手段と、上記キャパシタの充電量を検出するキャパシタ充電量検出手段と、充電制御手段とを備え、この充電制御手段は、上記作業終了検出手段によって作業の終了が検出され、かつ、このとき上記キャパシタ充電量検出手段によって検出されるキャパシタの充電量が予め定められた放電設定値よりも高い場合に、キャパシタから上記補助蓄電装置に向けて放電させる放電制御を行うように構成されたことを特徴とする作業機械の動力源装置。
- 請求項1記載の作業機械の動力源装置において、上記充電制御手段は、上記補助蓄電装置の充電量を、作業時には定格値よりも小さい第1の充電設定値以下に制限し、上記放電制御時にはこの第1の充電設定値よりも高い第2の充電設定値に上げるように構成されたことを特徴とする作業機械の動力源装置。
