Abstract
【解決手段】 ハイブリッド型作業機械は、エンジン11をアシストするアシストモータ12に電力を供給する蓄電装置120と、蓄電装置の蓄電器19の電力により力行運転される電圧抜き用電動機300と、電圧抜き用電動機に連結された電圧抜き用油圧モータ310と、電圧抜き用油圧モータを駆動制御する油圧回路とを有する。油圧回路は、電圧抜き用油圧モータの油圧供給ポートと油圧排出ポートとに接続される循環回路を含み、且つ、電圧抜き処理を行なう際に電圧抜き用油圧モータ310が循環回路に接続されるように切り替える切替弁330を含む。

Claims (7)
- エンジンと
前記エンジンをアシストするアシストモータと、
前記エンジンにより駆動される油圧ポンプと、
前記アシストモータに電力を供給する蓄電装置と、
前記蓄電装置の蓄電器の電力により力行運転される電圧抜き用電動機と、
前記電圧抜き用電動機に連結された電圧抜き用油圧モータと、
前記電圧抜き用油圧モータを駆動制御する油圧回路と、
を有するハイブリッド型作業機械であって、
前記油圧回路は、前記電圧抜き用油圧モータの油圧供給ポートと油圧排出ポートとに接続される循環回路を含み、且つ、電圧抜き処理を行なう際に前記電圧抜き用油圧モータが前記循環回路に接続されるように切り替える切替弁を含むことを特徴とするハイブリッド型作業機械。 - 請求項1記載のハイブリッド型作業機械であって、
前記電圧抜き用電動機は、前記切替弁の動作に対応して力行運転することを特徴とするハイブリッド型作業機械。 - 請求項2記載のハイブリッド型作業機械であって、
前記電圧抜き用電動機は、前記ハイブリッド型作業機械の運転終了時に前記力行運転を行なうことを特徴とするハイブリッド型作業機械。 - 請求項3記載のハイブリッド型作業機械であって、
前記エンジンがアイドリング運転中のときは、前記アシストモータを力行運転して前記蓄電装置からの電力を消費することを特徴とするハイブリッド型作業機械。 - 請求項3記載のハイブリッド型作業機械であって、
前記エンジンがアイドリング運転中のときは、前記電圧抜き用電動機を力行運転して前記蓄電装置の蓄電器からの電力を消費することを特徴とするハイブリッド型作業機械。 - 請求項1乃至5のうちいずれか一項記載のハイブリッド型作業機械であって、
前記電圧抜き用油圧モータはブーム回生用油圧モータであり、前記電圧抜き用電動機は前記ブーム回生用油圧モータに機械的に接続されたブーム回生用電動発電機であることを特徴とするハイブリッド型佐作業機械。 - 請求項1乃至5のうちいずれか一項記載のハイブリッド型作業機械であって、
前記電圧抜き用油圧モータは旋回回生用油圧モータであり、前記電圧抜き用電動機は前記旋回回生用油圧モータに機械的に接続された旋回回生用電動発電機であることを特徴とするハイブリッド型佐作業機械。
