蓄電装置15に充電可能な動力(適正充電率を超えない範囲で蓄電装置15が外部から受け入れることができる充電の余力)Fは、図3に示すように充電開始時点での充電率が低いほど大きくなる。また、この充電可能動力Fは、同じ充電率でも蓄電装置15の温度が高い方が大きくなる。
エンジン10の回転に要する動力(エンジン総動力)Bは、エンジン本体を駆動するための動力と、油圧ポンプ12以外のエンジン付属部分(ファン、エンジンピストン、クランクシャフト等)の連れ回り動力の和となる。このエンジン総動力Bは、図4に示すようにエンジン回転数に応じて変化し、エンジン回転数が高いほど大きくなる。
蓄電装置15の充電率が高い状態で旋回電動機18の回生電力によって充電が行われると、過充電となって故障や寿命低下に至る可能性がある。

Claims (4)
- 油圧アクチュエータの油圧源としての油圧ポンプと、発電機作用とエンジンをアシストするための電動機作用とを行う発電電動機と、上記油圧ポンプ及び発電電動機の動力源としてのエンジンと、回生動力を発生する電動アクチュエータと、充放電作用によって上記発電電動機及び上記電動アクチュエータとの間で電力の授受を行う蓄電装置と、上記発電電動機の運転及び上記蓄電装置の充放電を制御する制御手段とを備え、上記制御手段は、上記蓄電装置の充電率を検出し、検出される充電率C1が、上記電動アクチュエータの回生動力を受け入れると蓄電装置の過充電に至るおそれのある値として予め決められた設定値Csを超えるときに、上記発電電動機の電動機作用によるアシスト動力を、C1≦Csのときよりも大きくする過充電防止制御を行うように構成し、
上記制御手段は、上記油圧ポンプの圧力と流量から求められるポンプ要求動力をAとし、上記エンジンの本体を駆動するための動力と、上記油圧ポンプを除いてエンジン付属部分の駆動に要する連れ回り動力の和であるエンジン総動力をBとし、上記発電電動機によってアシスト可能な動力の最大値である最大アシスト動力をDとして、C1>Csのときに、D=(A+B)として上記過充電防止制御を行うように構成したことを特徴とするハイブリッド建設機械。 - 上記制御手段は、上記油圧ポンプの圧力と流量から求められるポンプ要求動力をAとし、上記発電電動機によってアシスト可能な動力の最大値である最大アシスト動力をDとして、C1≦Csのときに、D=Aとするように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載のハイブリッド建設機械。
- 上記制御手段は、上記電動アクチュエータに発生する回生動力をE、上記蓄電装置の充電率から求められる充電の余力としての充電可能動力をFとして、上記発電電動機のアシスト動力として消費すべき蓄電装置電力である必要アシスト動力Gを、G=(E−F)で求め、D≧Gのときに上記必要アシスト動力Gを上記発電電動機のアシスト動力とする一方、D<Gのときは最大アシスト動力Dを上記発電電動機のアシスト動力とするように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のハイブリッド建設機械。
- 上記制御手段は、上記蓄電装置の温度を検出し、検出される充電率C1と蓄電装置温度とから上記充電可能動力Fを求めるように構成したことを特徴とする請求項3記載のハイブリッド建設機械。
