Claims (9)
- 向かい合った関係で積み重ねて互いに接着された複数のプライ(153)を有し、該プライ(153)の各々が第1の所定の延性を有するセラミックマトリックス複合材料を含む本体(80)と、
少なくとも一部分が前記本体(80)の2つの隣接するプライ(153)間に位置付けられるように前記本体(80)に接着された金属ワイヤメッシュを含み、該メッシュが前記第1の延性よりも大きな第2の所定の延性を有する補強材(200)と、
を備える分離不可能な組立体(42)。 - 前記複数のプライ(153)の各々が、複数の補強繊維と該繊維間に散在されたマトリックス混合物とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組立体(42)。
- 前記金属ワイヤメッシュが、前記複数のプライ(153)の内の1つのプライの縁部(206)の少なくとも一部分に重なるように前記本体(80)に接着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組立体(42)。
- 前記金属ワイヤメッシュが、前記複数のプライ(153)の内の1つのプライの縁部(206)まで延びるように前記本体(80)に接着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組立体(42)。
- 前記本体(80)が、前記複数のプライ(153)の内の少なくとも1つのプライを貫通して延びる孔(128)を定める内側縁部(155)を含み、前記金属ワイヤメッシュが、前記内側縁部(155)の少なくとも一部分に重なるように前記本体(80)に接着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組立体(42)。
- 前記金属ワイヤメッシュが、ニッケル基合金、コバルト基合金、及びステンレス鋼の内の少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組立体(42)。
