Abstract
【課題】 ハイパワーLEDソースと放熱翼と定電流電源を組合せて一般照明用光源として使用できる電球形LEDランプを提供する。
【解決手段】 放熱翼を多段に設けた放熱体に超高輝度LEDソースを装着し、商用100V電源からの電圧変換とLED点灯用の定電流回路を一体とし、従来の電球ソケットにそのまま使用できる口金を付けた電球形LEDランプ。

Description
高出力のLEDランプであって、効率のよい放熱体と商用電源からの電圧交換と定電流回路を一体として設けた電球形のLEDランプに関する。
従来のタングステンフィラメント電球に変わり、普及しつつある照明用光源に電球形の蛍光ランプがある。これらは従来のランプソケットに収まる互換性とランプ内にインバーター回路を内蔵し、小型化高効率と長寿命を特徴としている。
タングステンランプとの比較では電気代で5分の1、寿命で6倍、発熱度で約5分の1であった。
本発明の電球形LEDランプは次世代の照明用光源としてハイパワーLEDソースと定電流電源、放熱翼を組合せて従来のランプ形状とした事を目的としたものである。
実用新案登録第3097333号公報
これまでのランプ形状LEDランプは、砲弾形LEDを集合したものであったり、明るさが不足するため非常灯や装飾用の補助照明としての使用に限られていた。
発明者は、かかる点に鑑み鋭意研究を重ねた結果、本発明に到達したものであって、本発明は電球形のバルブ内に単体のハイパワーLEDソースと放熱効率のよい放熱翼を設けた放熱体と定電流電源を組合せて設けることによって一般照明用の光源として使用できる電球形LEDとしたものである。
そして本発明は、ネジ付きの口金を装着することによって、従来の電球ソケットにそのまま使用することが可能であり、電球形バルブを透明にして内部に反射鏡を設ければ、スポット照明のLED光源ランプとなり、またバルブをガラスに替えて合成樹脂とすれば割れにくいランプとすることもできる。
本発明の電球形LEDランプは、電球形蛍光灯ランプに較べて、さらに長寿命、低消費電力であって、蛍光管のように水銀を使用していないので、環境対策を含めた次世代の照明用光源となり得る。
本発明は、高出力のLEDランプであって、放熱効率のよい放熱体と100Vの商用電源を使用することができるため、一般照明用の電球に置き換えて使用され、後部にネジ付きの口金を取付けることによって交換を容易にした。
添付図面について本発明を説明すると、図1は本発明の電球形LEDランプの全体を示す正面図であって、(1)はフロスト加工されているガラスバルブであり、(2)は放熱翼を多段に設けた放熱体であって、高出力のLEDランプであっても、本発明の電球形LEDランプは、この能率のよい放熱体(1)を設けることにより、さ程高温になることはなく、取扱いや機器への影響はない。また(3)は口金を示していて、本発明の特徴の一つにあげられるもので、ネジを形成した口金で、そのまま一般電球のソケットに取付けることが可能なため、一般の白熱電球や電球形の蛍光ランプ等と自由に交換ができる。
図2は、この図1に示す本発明の電球形LEDランプの断面図を示すもので、図中のAはハイパワーのLEDソースを示し、Bは定電流電源回路部分であって、この回路によって商用100Vの電源が使用できる。
図3は別の実施例を示す正面図、図4は同断面図であり、図示されているLEDランプは、図示のようにLEDソースAの先方に椀形の反射鏡(5)を設けるもので、LEDソースAからの発光を集中して前方に向けられるため、スポットランプとして、このままでも使用できるが、図示のランプは、取扱い時の保護とLEDや反射鏡の汚れを防ぐために、反射鏡(5)の周囲にカバーを設けるものである。
このカバー(6)はプラスチック製の円筒体で、その先方にはガラス板(7)が装着されているため、インテリア照明やデザイン照明用として適している。
上述のように本発明の電球形LEDランプは、100Vの商用電源が使用できるため一般照明用として広く利用できるばかりでなく、白色の他各色のカラーLEDランプも使用できるため、インテリア照明、施設照明としても応用可能である。

Claims (2)
- 放熱翼を多段に設けた放熱体に超高輝度LEDソースを装着し、商用電源から電圧変換とLED点灯用の定電流回路を一体とし、電球ソケットにそのまま使用できる口金を装着したことを特徴とした電球形LEDランプ。
- 超高輝度LEDソースの先方に椀形の反射鏡を取付け、該反射鏡の周囲にカバーを設けることを特徴とした請求項1に記載の電球形LEDランプ。
