Abstract

本发明涉及一种LED灯用散热灯座,包括灯座壳体和LED驱动装置,所述灯座壳体内部凹陷有腔体,所述LED驱动装置设置于腔体中,所述灯座壳体的上端设有用于安装LED芯片的平台,所述平台通过导线与LED驱动装置电连接,所述灯座壳体的形状为花瓶体形。本发明散热灯座通过提高LED灯的高度来扩大了其照射范围,散热灯座内部又可以安放LED驱动装置,最大程度的利用散热灯座的内部空间。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种灯座,特别涉及一种LED灯用散热灯座。
背景技术
LED灯作为一种新型高效节能光源,目前正在大规模推广使用,由于LED颗粒是典型的点光源,光输出角度小,局部光强较高,给人的视觉造成不适,如果采用常规的光扩散技术又会损失光通,降低产品的发光效率。
现有技术中,常用的大角度光输出的LED灯,是将LED芯片与透镜配合,以提高发光角度,为降低成本,该LED灯采用白炽灯的灯头与泡壳的形式结构,然后将LED发光组件置于其中,但是如果将平台、LED芯片与透镜直接置于泡壳底部的灯头上端,则向下的发光则会被灯头处止挡,无法发挥其最好的发光效果。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种LED灯用散热灯座,提高LED发光组件的高度,扩大照射范围。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种LED灯用散热灯座,包括灯座壳体和LED驱动装置,所述灯座壳体内部凹陷有腔体,所述LED驱动装置设置于腔体中,所述灯座壳体的上端设有用于安装LED芯片的平台,所述平台通过导线与LED驱动装置电连接,所述灯座壳体的形状为花瓶体形
本发明的有益效果是:通过提高LED灯的高度来扩大了其照射范围,散热灯座内部又可以安放LED驱动装置,最大程度的利用散热灯座的内部空间。

下面通过实施例结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述。
如图1所示,一种LED灯用散热灯座,包括灯座壳体1和LED驱动装置2,所述灯座壳体1内部凹陷有腔体,所述LED驱动装置2设置于腔体中,所述灯座壳体1的上端4设有用于安装LED芯片的平台5,所述平台5通过导线3与LED驱动装置2电连接,所述灯座壳体1的形状为花瓶体形。
本发明的有益效果是:通过提高LED灯的高度来扩大了其照射范围,散热灯座内部又可以安放LED驱动装置,最大程度的利用散热灯座的内部空间。

1.一种LED灯用散热灯座,其特征在于:包括灯座壳体和LED驱动装置,所述灯座壳体内部凹陷有腔体,所述LED驱动装置设置于腔体中,所述灯座壳体的上端设有用于安装LED芯片的平台,所述平台通过导线与LED驱动装置电连接,所述灯座壳体的形状为花瓶体形。
