Abstract
【解決手段】木質バイオマスをガス化可能なガス化炉1と、ガス化炉1内に木質バイオマスを供給可能なホッパ2と、ガス化炉1とガス輸送管3により接続され、ガス化炉1で生じた生成ガスを精製する精製装置4とを備えた固体有機物のガス化装置である。木質バイオマスのガス化温度で反応せず、生成ガスと接触して生成ガスが含み得るタールを吸着可能な不活性粒子であるフライアッシュをガス化炉1内に供給可能なフライアッシュ供給装置7を備えている。

Description
前記固体有機物のガス化温度で反応せず、前記生成ガスと接触して該生成ガスが含み得るタールを凝縮又は吸着可能な不活性粒子を前記ガス化炉内又は前記ガス輸送管内に供給可能な粒子供給手段を備えていることを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- 固体有機物をガス化可能なガス化炉と、該ガス化炉内に固体有機物を供給可能な有機物供給手段と、該ガス化炉とガス輸送管により接続され、該ガス化炉で生じた生成ガスを精製する精製手段とを備えた固体有機物のガス化装置において、
前記固体有機物のガス化温度で反応せず、前記生成ガスと接触して該生成ガスが含み得るタールを凝縮又は吸着可能な不活性粒子を前記ガス化炉内又は前記ガス輸送管内に供給可能な粒子供給手段を備えていることを特徴とする固体有機物のガス化装置。 - 前記精製手段は前記生成ガスから前記タールをろ過可能なろ過手段を有し、前記粒子供給手段は該ろ過手段の上流に前記不活性粒子を供給することを特徴とする請求項1記載の固体有機物のガス化装置。
- 前記不活性粒子は多孔質であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の固体有機物のガス化装置。
- 前記不活性粒子はフライアッシュであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項記載の固体有機物のガス化装置。
