Description
図1は本発明の実施形態を示すブロック図であり、有機性廃棄物はガス化炉1に投入されガス化される。有機性廃棄物のうち性状変動の大きな代表的なものは都市ごみや木質バイオマスであるが、その他に畜産廃棄物、農業廃棄物、下水汚泥などの有機分を含む廃棄物であってもよい。なお下水汚泥は比較的性状が安定しているが、他の有機性廃棄物と混合して処理する場合に本発明を採用するメリットが見出せる。

Claims (4)
- 有機性廃棄物を流動床式のガス化炉に投入して低酸素雰囲気中で熱分解し、熱分解ガス中の熱分解残渣である炭化物をサイクロンで回収するとともに、サイクロンを通過した熱分解ガスを改質炉で改質して燃料ガスと炭化物を製造する方法であって、サイクロンを並列に複数台配置し、ガス流量が多い場合には複数台のサイクロンを使用するか又は大型のサイクロンを使用し、ガス流量が減少した場合には使用するサイクロンの台数を制限するか又は小型のサイクロンに切替え、サイクロンで回収される炭化物の可燃分含有率を調整することを特徴とする有機性廃棄物を原料とする炭化物と燃料ガスの製造方法。
- 改質炉の後段のろ過式集塵機で燃料ガス中からさらに炭化物を回収し、サイクロンで回収される炭化物とろ過式集塵機で回収される炭化物の可燃分含有率を調整することを特徴とする請求項1記載の有機性廃棄物を原料とする炭化物と燃料ガスの製造方法。
- 有機性廃棄物が都市ごみ、木質バイオマスに代表される性状の変動が大きい廃棄物又は種々の廃棄物の混合物であり、ガス化炉が流動床式のガス化炉であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の有機性廃棄物を原料とする炭化物と燃料ガスの製造方法。
- ガス化炉の空気比を0.2〜0.7の範囲の低酸素雰囲気とすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の有機性廃棄物を原料とする炭化物と燃料ガスの製造方法。
