Abstract
【解決手段】 シリンダ本体11内にて往復動するピストン13の両側に形成される両油圧室R1,R2を連結する油路には、設定値以上の荷重が作用する振動外力が大きいときに開作動する大荷重用のパイロット操作制御弁20と、これに対して並列に配置されて、設定値未満の荷重が作用する振動外力が小さいときに開作動する小荷重用の開閉弁30が設けられている。各弁20,30の開閉作動は、振動外力に応じて制御回路ECUにより制御される。また、各弁20,30を通して作動油が流れることにより振動外力が減衰される。

Claims (5)
- シリンダ本体内にて往復動するピストンの両側に形成される両油圧室を連結する油路に設けられた制御弁を備えていて、この制御弁を通して作動油が流れることにより振動外力が減衰される制振用油圧ダンパにおいて、前記制御弁を、前記油路に設けた整流油圧回路に介装され、設定値以上の荷重が作用した際に開作動する大荷重用制御弁と、この大荷重用制御弁と並列に配置され、設定値未満の荷重が作用した際に開作動する小荷重用制御弁により構成し、前記整流油圧回路を作動油が流れるときには、常に前記大荷重用制御弁の流入側から流出側に向かって作動油が流れるように構成したことを特徴とする制振用油圧ダンパ。
- 請求項1に記載の制振用油圧ダンパにおいて、設定値以上の圧力が作用した際に前記大荷重用制御弁の流入側への作動油の流れを許容する流入許容手段を前記整流油圧回路に設けたことを特徴とする制振用油圧ダンパ。
- 請求項1または2に記載の制振用油圧ダンパにおいて、前記大荷重用制御弁がパイロット操作制御弁であることを特徴とする制振用油圧ダンパ。
- 請求項3に記載の制振用油圧ダンパにおいて、前記パイロット操作制御弁が、ばねで弁座への着座方向に付勢される主弁体と、この主弁体を操作するパイロット弁とを備えていることを特徴とする制振用油圧ダンパ。
- 請求項4に記載の制振用油圧ダンパにおいて、前記パイロット操作制御弁および前記小荷重用制御弁へ振動外力に応じた指令信号を出力する制御回路を備え、前記ばねの荷重に基づく設定圧力に応じて、前記指令信号により前記パイロット操作制御弁および/または前記小荷重用制御弁を開作動することを特徴とする制振用油圧ダンパ。
