Abstract
【解決手段】 一定量の流体Fを通過させる弁体5を、焼結合金からなり、表面に切削による加工面Wと非加工面NWとを有し、流体Fが非加工面NWを通して弁体5内を通過するように構成する。弁体5は、大径の胴部8と、この胴部8よりも小径で胴部8の一方の端面8bに胴部8と同芯上に位置する第1の突部9とを有する段付きの円柱体に形成する。胴部8と第1の突部9の間の段部と、流体通路11内のばね受け12との間に圧縮ばね13を装着して、弁体5を流体通路11内の弁座面17に押圧する。

Claims (5)
- 一定量の流体を弁体を通して通過させる定流量弁であって、
前記弁体が、焼結合金からなり、表面に切削による加工面と非加工面とを有し、前記流体が前記非加工面を通して前記弁体内を通過するように構成されている定流量弁。 - 請求項1において、前記弁体は、大径の胴部と、この胴部よりも小径で前記胴部の一方の端面に前記胴部と同芯上に位置する第1の突部とを有する段付きの円柱体からなり、前記胴部と前記第1の突部の間の段部と、流体通路内のばね受けとの間に、前記弁体を前記流体通路内の弁座面に押圧するばね体が装着されている定流量弁。
- 請求項1において、前記弁体は、大径の胴部と、この胴部よりも小径で前記胴部の一方の端面に前記胴部と同芯上に位置する第1の突部と、前記胴部の他方の端面に前記胴部と同芯上に位置する第2の突部とを有し、少なくとも前記胴部の外周面および前記第2の突部の端面が前記非加工面とされている定流量弁。
- 請求項1,2または3において、前記焼結合金は、ステンレスの粉体からなり、密度4.2〜5.2g/cm3 、空隙率36〜48%である定流量弁。
- 請求項1から4のいずれかにおいて、さらに、前記流体を一方向のみに通過させる逆止弁を有している定流量弁。
