Abstract
【解決手段】 地中にテープ状のヒータ線3が蛇行して配線されている地面の加温構造であって、所定幅を有するレール状の断熱材1がヒータ線3の配線経路に対応してヒータ線3の下側に連続的に敷設され、該断熱材1の上面には凹溝が形成され、該凹溝にヒータ線3がその幅方向を上下にして嵌め込まれている。

Description
図1に本実施形態における地面の加温構造を地面部分を除いて平面的に示したものである。該加温構造は、平面視蛇行して配線された長尺テープ状のヒータ線3と、該ヒータ線3の配線経路に対応してその下側に連続的に敷設された所定幅を有するレール状の断熱材1とを備えている。
Claims (4)
- 地中にテープ状のヒータ線が蛇行して配線されている地面の加温構造であって、ヒータ線はその幅方向が上下方向となるようにして配線されていることを特徴とする地面の加温構造。
- 所定幅を有するレール状の断熱材がヒータ線の下側に敷設され、該断熱材の上面には凹溝が形成され、該凹溝にヒータ線がその幅方向を上下にして嵌め込まれている請求項1記載の地面の加温構造。
- 前記レール状の断熱材がヒータ線の配線経路に対応してヒータ線の下側に連続的に敷設されている請求項2記載の地面の加温構造。
- 既設のコンクリート舗装面に請求項2記載の加温構造を施工する方法であって、
既設のコンクリート舗装面に溝を形成し、該溝の両側面を目地形成用板材でそれぞれ覆い、両目地形成用板材間にレール状の断熱材を敷設し、該断熱材の凹溝にヒータ線を嵌め込みながら配線し、該溝にコンクリートを流し込んで固めた後に前記目地形成用板材を抜き取り、該抜き取り後に形成された隙間にアスファルトを流し込んで目地部を形成することを特徴とする地面の加温構造の施工方法。
