【解決手段】 インフレーション法による共押出多層フィルム又はシートであって、少なくとも一つの層が、エチレン重合体あるいはこれを主体とする樹脂組成物の層(A)からなり、他の少なくとも一つの層が、ポリオレフィン樹脂60〜20重量部及びアイオノマー樹脂40〜80重量部からなる樹脂組成物の層(B)である横及び/又は縦方向の引裂性に優れた多層フィルム又はシート。

Description
(1)メタロセン触媒直鎖低密度ポリエチレン(mPE)
三井住友ポリエチレン(株)製、エボリュー SP2320
密度 919kg/m3
メルトフローレート 1.9g/10分
融点(DSC法) 118℃
(2)エチレン・メタクリル酸共重合体アイオノマー(Naアイオノマー)
メタクリル酸含量 10重量%
中和度 50%中和―ナトリウム塩
メルトフローレート 1.3g/10分
(3)エチレン・メタクリル酸共重合体アイオノマー(Mgアイオノマー)
メタクリル酸含量 15重量%
中和度 15%中和―マグネシウム塩
メルトフローレート 0.7g/10分
(1)引裂き強度
トラウザー引裂き法(JIS K7128−1)により縦軸方向と横軸方向の引裂強度を測定した。
3層インフレダイスを装備した多層インフレーションフィルム成形装置を使用し、ダイスの外層には外層用押出機を通じて上記mPEを、中間層には中間層用押出機を通じて、上記mPE50重量部と上記Naアイオノマー50重量部のペレットロダイブレンド物を、内層には外層用押出機を通じて上記mPEをそれぞれ180℃の条件で供給し、180℃に予熱された上記ダイスの内部で貼合し、外層が15μm、中間層が30μm、内層が15μmの3層インフレーションフィルムを得た。その評価結果を表1に示す。
中間層の樹脂組成物の組成を、mPE50重量部とMgアイオノマー50重量部に変えた以外は実施例1と同様にして3層インフレーションフィルムを得た。その評価結果を表1に示す。
中間層の樹脂組成物の組成を、mPE30重量部とMgアイオノマー70重量部に変えた以外は実施例1と同様にして3層インフレーションフィルムを得た。その評価結果を表1に示す。
中間層に樹脂組成物の代わりに、mPEを使用した以外は実施例1と同様にして3層インフレーションフィルムを得た。その評価結果を表1に示す。
Claims (8)
- インフレーション法による共押出多層フィルム又はシートであって、少なくとも一つの層が、エチレン重合体あるいはこれを主体とする樹脂組成物の層(A)からなり、他の少なくとも一つの層が、ポリオレフィン樹脂60〜20重量部及びアイオノマー樹脂40〜80重量部からなる樹脂組成物の層(B)であることを特徴とする横及び/又は縦方向の引裂性に優れた多層フィルム又はシート。
- ポリオレフィン樹脂60〜20重量部及びアイオノマー樹脂40〜80重量部からなる樹脂組成物からなる層(B)を中間層とし、エチレン重合体あるいはこれを主体とする樹脂組成物の層(A)を両表面層とする請求項1記載の横及び/又は縦方向の引裂性に優れた多層フィルム又はシート。
- エチレン重合体あるいはこれを主体とする樹脂組成物の層(A)を中間層とし、ポリオレフィン樹脂60〜20重量部及びアイオノマー樹脂40〜80重量部からなる樹脂組成物からなる層(B)を両表面層とする請求項1記載の横及び/又は縦方向の引裂性に優れた多層フィルム又はシート。
- 層(B)と層(A)の厚み比率が、20/80〜80/20である請求項1〜3記載の横及び/又は縦方向の引裂性に優れた多層フィルム又はシート。
- 表面層の厚みが1〜150μm、中間層の厚みが1〜200μm、表面層と中間層の厚み比率が20/80〜80/20である請求項2又は3記載の横及び/又は縦方向の引裂性に優れた多層フィルム又はシート
- 層(B)のポリオレフィン樹脂が、メタロセン触媒により製造された低密度ポリエチレンである請求項1〜5記載の横及び/又は縦方向の引裂性に優れた多層フィルム又はシート。
- 層(A)のエチレン重合体がメタロセン触媒により製造された低密度ポリエチレンである請求項1〜6記載の横及び/又は縦方向の引裂性に優れた多層フィルム又はシート。
- 層(B)におけるアイオノマー樹脂が、エチレン・不飽和カルボン酸共重合体のマグネシウムアイオノマーである請求項1〜7記載の横及び/又は縦方向の引裂性に優れた多層フィルム又はシート。
