Abstract
より小型化、軽量化が要求される携帯電話やノート型パソコンにおいて、耐久性、良好なフィーリング、小型化、軽量化を実現するヒンジを提供する。
【解決手段】
回転カム4と固定カム5が360°で一回のみ係合する二組のカムセットの一方が、ヒンジ機構の回転または開閉範囲の始端の付勢力を発生させ、もう片側のカムセットが回転または開閉範囲の終端の付勢力を発生させることで任意の開閉範囲の終始端で付勢力を発生するヒンジ機構を構成することが出来る。本発明のヒンジ機構により耐久性、良好なフィーリング、小型化、軽量化を実現している。

Claims (4)
- 第一の部材と第二の部材を自在に回転動作または開閉動作させかつ該動作範囲の始端及び終端で第一の部材と第二の部材の間に付勢力を働かせるヒンジにおいて、該ヒンジが2以上のカムセットとばねを有し、そのうち2組のカムセットは360°の全回転範囲で1回カムが係合するカム構造であり、このうち1組のカムセットが始端での付勢力を作用させ、もう一方のカムセットが終端での付勢力を作用させることを特徴としたヒンジ機構。
- 動作範囲の中間で第一の部材と第二の部材の回転または開閉状態を保持するためのカムセットを有することを特徴とした請求項1のヒンジ機構。
- 動作範囲を制限するストッパ部材を装着したことを特徴とした請求項1のヒンジ機構。
- 回転及び開閉軸を有する二軸ヒンジで、回転および開閉軸のトルク発生用ユニットとして二軸ヒンジの少なくとも一軸に請求項1のヒンジ機構を配置したことを特徴とした二軸ヒンジ。
