Claims (4)
- 第一の部材と第二の部材を自在に回転動作又は開閉動作させかつ該動作範囲の始端及び終端で第一の部材と第二の部材の間に付勢力を働かせるヒンジにおいて、該ヒンジが2以上のカムセットと1のばねを有し、そのうち2組のカムセットは360°の全回転範囲で1回カムが係合するカム構造であり、該2組のカムセットの間にばねが配置され、このうち1組のカムセットが始端での付勢力を作用させ、もう一方のカムセットが終端での付勢力を作用させることを特徴としたヒンジ機構。
- 前記2組のカムセットの軸方向外側に配置された一方のカムにおける当接面の反対面に、動作範囲の中間で第一の部材と第二の部材の回転または開閉状態を保持するための第三のカムセットを有することを特徴とした請求項1記載のヒンジ機構。
- 動作範囲を制限するストッパ部材を装着したことを特徴とした請求項1又は2に記載のヒンジ機構。
- 回転及び開閉軸を有する二軸ヒンジで、回転および開閉軸のトルク発生用ユニットとして二軸ヒンジの少なくとも一軸に請求項1乃至3のいずれか一に記載のヒンジ機構を配置したことを特徴とした二軸ヒンジ。
