Abstract
【解決手段】 溶剤等を収納する容器5を自転し、該容器の設けられたアーム体4を回転することで容器に収納された溶剤等を撹拌・脱泡する溶剤等の撹拌・脱泡方法であって、少なくとも容器内を真空にした状態で、容器の自転数及び容器の公転数をそれぞれ制御する。この際、容器内の溶剤等の温度を検知し、温度の上昇に応じて容器の自転数及び容器の公転数をそれぞれ制御する。

Description
一般にこれら溶剤を製造する場合は、溶剤を収納し、且つ自転する容器と、該容器が設けられ、且つ回転駆動するアームとから構成された装置を用いて、先ず所定量の溶剤を容器に収納し、その後該容器の設けられたアーム体を回転(容器を公転)しながら、容器を自転する、又はアーム体の回転(容器を公転)のみを行う等することで、溶剤を攪拌するとともに、容器に働く遠心力により溶剤を容器の外方向に押圧し、該溶剤に内在する気泡を放出(脱泡)していた。
この際、アーム体の回転数(容器の公転数)、及び容器の自転数は、駆動源の回転数等に応じて直接、又は間接的に自在に調整することができるので、溶剤の種類に応じて最適な溶剤の攪拌、及び脱泡を行うことができる。
Claims (5)
- 溶剤等を収納する容器を自転し、該容器の設けられたアーム体を回転することで容器に収納された溶剤等を攪拌・脱泡する溶剤等の攪拌・脱泡方法であって、前記少なくとも容器内を真空にした状態で、容器の自転数、又は容器の公転数、/及び容器の公転数をそれぞれ制御することを特徴とする溶剤等の攪拌・脱泡方法。
- 前記少なくとも容器内を真空にした状態で、容器に収納された溶剤等の温度を検知し、温度の上昇に応じて容器の自転数、及び容器の公転数を制御する請求項1記載の溶剤等の攪拌・脱泡方法。
- 前記容器の自転数、又は容器の公転数を検知しながら制御する請求項1又は2に記載の溶剤等の攪拌・脱泡方法。
- 溶剤等を収納する容器と、該容器の設けられたアーム体と、容器を伝達手段を介して自転、及びアーム体を伝達手段を介して回転するための駆動源とからなる溶剤等の攪拌・脱泡装置において、装置本体には、少なくとも容器内を真空状態にするための真空手段と、容器に収納された溶剤等の温度を検知するための検知手段とが設けられていることを特徴とする溶剤等の攪拌・脱泡装置。
- 前記装置本体には、容器の自転数、及び容器の公転数をそれぞれ検知する検知手段が設けられ、しかも、容器の自転、公転は独立して制御すべく構成されている請求項4に記載の溶剤等の攪拌・脱泡装置。
