Abstract
【解決手段】 車両用の凝縮器14は、一対の互いに平行なディストリビュータ28,30と、ディストリビュータに直交して接続された複数の平行管32と、平行管と平行に延在するフィルタボディ42とを備える。平行管は凝縮部62と過冷却部64とに分割される。フィルタボディは、接合装置66を用いて凝縮部と過冷却部とに接続され、接合装置は、結合面72,74を鑞付けして互いに固定された2枚の金属板68,70を含む。

Claims (8)
- 一対の互いに平行なディストリビュータ(28,30)と、
上記ディストリビュータ(28,30)に直交して配置されていると共に、上記ディストリビュータ(28,30)と流体用に接続された端部を有する複数の互いに平行な管(32)とを備え、
上記管は凝縮部(62)と過冷却部(64)とに分割され、
上記凝縮部(62)に流体用に接続される入口(108)と、上記過冷却部(64)に流体用に接続される出口(110)とを有するフィルタボディ(42)を備えている車両用の凝縮器(14)において、
上記フィルタボディ(42)は、上記管(32)に平行に延在していると共に、接合装置(66)によって上記凝縮部(62)と上記過冷却部(64)とに接続され、上記接合装置(66)は、結合面(72,74)を鑞付けして互いに固定された2枚の圧搾された金属板(68,70)を含み、上記接合装置(66)には、上記ディストリビュータ(30)に平行に方向付けられた一連の第1開口部(82,84)と、上記フィルタボディ(42)に平行に方向付けられた一連の第2開口部(86,88)とが、設けられていることを特徴とする凝縮器。 - 請求項1に記載の凝縮器において、
上記接合装置(66)は、シート(96)を設けた支持フランジ(94)を備え、上記シート(96)には上記フィルタボディ(42)の端部が固定されていることを特徴する凝縮器。 - 請求項2に記載の凝縮器において、
上記支持フランジ(94)には、横板(40)に固定された一体型固定部(104)が設けられていることを特徴とする凝縮器。 - 請求項1に記載の凝縮器において、
上記2枚の圧搾された金属板(68,70)には、シーミングによる相互仮接続するための変形可能フィン(92)が設けられていることを特徴とする凝縮器。 - 請求項1に記載の凝縮器において、
上記圧搾された金属板(68,70)は、鑞付け合金で被覆された金属板から出来ていることを特徴とする凝縮器。 - 請求項1に記載の凝縮器において、
上記接合装置(66)は、圧力センサ(44)に接続された補助導管(80)を備えていることを特徴とする凝縮器。 - 請求項1に記載の凝縮器において、
上記ディストリビュータ(30)の方に方向付けられた上記接合装置(66)の開口部(82,84)は、それぞれ、正面の開口部(120,122)に流体密封状態で固定された折込縁を有していることを特徴とする凝縮器。 - 請求項1乃至7のいずれか1つに記載の凝縮器を備えていることを特徴とする一体型放熱器凝縮器アセンブリ(10)。
