Abstract
【解決手段】 養生板1は、繊維間の無数の空隙部にホルムアルデヒドを物理的に吸着することができるインシュレーションボードからなり、この裏面にホルムアルデヒドを化学的に吸着するホルムアルデヒド吸着剤の塗布層3を設け、この塗布層3によってインシュレーションボード内に吸着されたホルムアルデヒドの放散を防止して短時間で多量のホルムアルデヒドを吸着し、養生板1の撤去後の室内のホルムアルデヒド濃度を低下させる。

Description
表裏面に撥水剤の塗布層やホルムアルデヒド吸着剤の塗布層を設けていない厚さ7mmのインシュレーションボードを試験片Bとした。
表裏面に撥水剤の塗布層やホルムアルデヒド吸着剤の塗布層を設けていない厚さ2.7mm の合板(養生用ラワンベニア)を試験片Cとした。
表裏面に撥水剤の塗布層やホルムアルデヒド吸着剤の塗布層を設けていない厚さ2.7mm のクッション材(フクビ化学工業(株)製:商品面エコフルガード、紙+発泡樹脂シートの複合材)を試験片Dとした。

Claims (3)
- 養生板はインシュレーションボードからなり、この養生板の裏面にホルムアルデヒド吸着剤の塗布層を設けていることを特徴とするホルムアルデヒド吸着養生板。
- 養生板の表面に撥水剤の塗布層を設けていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のホルムアルデヒド吸着養生板。
- 養生板の表裏面の毛羽立ちはヒートロールによる加熱によって抑えられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のホルムアルデヒド吸着養生板。
