Abstract

Claims (8)
- プリフォームを充填するための真空使用可能な溶填システム(8)であって、
前記プリフォームを充填する材料を収容するためのタンク(10)と、
前記タンク(10)内に収容した材料で充填されることになるプリフォームを収容するためのオートクレーブ(11)と、
前記タンク(10)及びオートクレーブ(11)に相互連結された共通の真空システムと、
を含み、
前記共通の真空システムが、前記タンク(10)及びオートクレーブ(11)を相互連結する配管を通して該タンク(10)内に収容した材料をオートクレーブ(11)に流して該オートクレーブに収容した前記プリフォームを充填するようにする、
溶填システム(8)。 - 前記タンク(10)が、オートクレーブ(11)の上方に配置されている、請求項1記載の溶填システム(8)。
- 前記タンク(10)内に収容する材料を調製するためのボールミル(20)をさらに含み、前記ボールミル(20)及びタンク(10)が、第2の配管(44)及びポンプ(21)を介して相互連結され、前記ポンプ(21)を使用して前記第2の配管(44)を通して前記材料をタンク(10)に移送する、請求項1記載の溶填システム(8)。
- 前記タンク(10)及びオートクレーブ(11)を相互連結する配管内に配置されて、該タンク(10)からオートクレーブ(11)への前記材料の流れを制御するようになったピンチ弁(25)をさらに含む、請求項1記載の溶填システム(8)。
- 前記材料が樹脂又はスラリーのいずれかである、請求項1又は請求項2記載の溶填システム(8)。
- 前記タンク(10)及びオートクレーブ(11)間の材料の流れを制御しかつモニタするためのプログラマブル制御システム(50)をさらに含む、請求項1記載の溶填システム(8)。
- 前記プログラマブル制御システム(50)が、溶填システム(8)の遠隔オペレータ制御を可能にするための複数の遠隔設置制御ステーションを含む、請求項6記載の溶填システム(8)。
- プリフォームを溶填材料で充填する方法であって、
タンク(10)をオートクレーブ(11)の上方に設置する段階と、
前記タンク(10)及びオートクレーブ(11)を共通の真空システムに連結する段階と、
真空及び重力の組合せを使用して前記タンク(10)から溶填材料を流して、前記オートクレーブ(11)内に配置したプリフォームを充填する段階と、
を含む方法。
