Abstract
【解決手段】予備加熱ブロック体10の通し溝10dに溝一端10e側から入れ込まれて溝他端10f側から抜け出されるフィルムFの両縁部Fa、Faを一対の押圧ローラ体11、11間に挟み込ませてこのフィルムFに対し第一熱シールFbを連続的に施すようにしてある。予備加熱ブロック体10の段差面部10cには、一対の押圧ローラ体11、11間に入り込むように突き出す膨出部10kが形成されていると共に、通し溝10dの溝他端10fがこの膨出部10kにおいて開放されている。

Description
(1)熱溶着可能な長尺のフィルムを搬送させる過程でこのフィルムの長さ方向に沿った両縁部に第一熱シールを施しこのフィルムを筒状に成形させた後、被包装物を連続的又は間欠的に充填させながらこのフィルムの搬送方向に交叉する向きの第二熱シールをこのフィルムに順次に施して隣り合う第二熱シール間において被包装物を封入した包装袋体を連続的に生成する装置であって、
(2)フィルムに前記第一熱シールを付与する第一熱シール付与機構が、
第一前面部と、
この第一前面部より後方に位置される第二前面部と、
この第一前面部と第二前面部との間に形成された段差面部と、
第一前面部における段差面部と反対の縁部において溝一端を開放させ、かつ、段差面部において溝他端を開放させるようにして第一前面部に形成されたフィルムの両縁部の通し溝とを有し、
かつ、フィルムのシーラント層を溶融させる温度に常時加熱されるように構成された金属製の予備加熱ブロック体と、
(3)この予備加熱ブロック体における第二前面部の面にほぼ直交する向きの回転軸をもってこの第二前面部に回転可能に組み付けられた一対の押圧ローラ体とを備えており、
(4)予備加熱ブロック体の通し溝に溝一端側から入れ込まれて溝他端側から抜け出されるフィルムの両縁部を一対の押圧ローラ体間に挟み込ませてこのフィルムに対し第一熱シールを連続的に施すようにしてあり、
(5)しかも、予備加熱ブロック体の段差面部には、一対の押圧ローラ体間に入り込むように突き出す膨出部が形成されていると共に、通し溝の溝他端がこの膨出部において開放されている。
フィルムFとしては、ベースフィルムの一面に加熱により溶融しこの後硬化して接着力を生じさせるシーラント層を備えたフィルムが用いられる。
被包装物としては、典型的には、粒状物、粉状物などが予定される。
生成される包装袋体Hは、典型的には、図5に示されるピロータイプ包装による包装袋体Hが予定される。
被包装物は、前記第一熱シールFbによってフィルムFが筒状に成形された位置から先において、この筒状に成形されたフィルムFの内方に入れ込まれた充填管(図示は省略する。)を通じてなされる。
第二熱シールFcは、第一熱シールFbによって筒状に成形されたフィルムFの搬送方向xに交叉する向きに、順次に施される。すなわち、かかる第二熱シールFcは、フィルムFの搬送方向xにおいて、先行して施された第二熱シールFcとの間に所定のピッチを開けた状態で、順次に施される。隣り合う第二熱シールFc、Fc間に一つの被包装物の封入空間Haが形成され、この隣り合う第二熱シールFc、Fc間が一つの包装袋体Hとなる。より具体的には、先行して施された第二熱シールFcを充填底として被包装物が充填され、この後に後続して施される第二熱シールFcによってこのように充填された被包装物を封入させた一つの包装袋体Hが生成される。
第一熱シールFbは、前記フィルムFに第二熱シールFcを施すに先立ち、このフィルムFを筒状に成形させるためになされるものである。
この実施の形態にあっては、かかるフィルムFに前記第一熱シールFbを付与する第一熱シール付与機構1を、予備加熱ブロック体10と、一対の押圧ローラ体11、11とを備えたものとして構成している。
予備加熱ブロック体10は、常時一定の温度に加熱し得る金属によって構成されている。

この第一前面部10aと第二前面部10bとの間に形成された段差面部10cと、
第一前面部10aにおける段差面部10cと反対の縁部において溝一端10eを開放させ、かつ、段差面部10cにおいて溝他端10fを開放させるようにして第一前面部10aに形成されたフィルムFの両縁部Fa、Faの通し溝10dとを有し、
かつ、フィルムFのシーラント層を溶融させる温度に常時加熱されるように構成されている。
前記通し溝10dの溝他端10fがこの膨出部10kにおいて開放されている。
一対の押圧ローラ体11、11は、前記予備加熱ブロック体10における第二前面部10bの面にほぼ直交する向きの回転軸をもってこの第二前面部10bに回転可能に組み付けられている。
この軸穴11hの上方に、第二前面部10bから予備加熱ブロック体10の背面10hに亘る案内穴11iが形成されている。この案内穴11iは、軸穴11hを中心とした仮想の円の円弧に沿って長まるように構成されている。
フィルムFの両縁部Fa、Faは、予備加熱ブロック体10の通し溝10dの溝一端10eから受け入れられフィルムFの搬送によって溝他端10fから順次送り出され、この過程においてフィルムFの両縁部Fa、Faが予備加熱されて熱溶着可能な状態が作り出される。具体的には、フィルムFの両縁部Fa、Faはシーラント層の形成側を向き合わせるようにした状態で通し溝10dに通される。

Claims (1)
- 熱溶着可能な長尺のフィルムを搬送させる過程でこのフィルムの長さ方向に沿った両縁部に第一熱シールを施しこのフィルムを筒状に成形させた後、被包装物を連続的又は間欠的に充填させながらこのフィルムの搬送方向に交叉する向きの第二熱シールをこのフィルムに順次に施して隣り合う第二熱シール間において被包装物を封入した包装袋体を連続的に生成する装置であって、 フィルムに前記第一熱シールを付与する第一熱シール付与機構が、
第一前面部と、
この第一前面部より後方に位置される第二前面部と、
この第一前面部と第二前面部との間に形成された段差面部と、
第一前面部における段差面部と反対の縁部において溝一端を開放させ、かつ、段差面部において溝他端を開放させるようにして第一前面部に形成されたフィルムの両縁部の通し溝とを有し、
かつ、フィルムのシーラント層を溶融させる温度に常時加熱されるように構成された金属製の予備加熱ブロック体と、
この予備加熱ブロック体における第二前面部の面にほぼ直交する向きの回転軸をもってこの第二前面部に回転可能に組み付けられた一対の押圧ローラ体とを備えており、
予備加熱ブロック体の通し溝に溝一端側から入れ込まれて溝他端側から抜け出されるフィルムの両縁部を一対の押圧ローラ体間に挟み込ませてこのフィルムに対し第一熱シールを連続的に施すようにしてあり、
しかも、予備加熱ブロック体の段差面部には、一対の押圧ローラ体間に入り込むように突き出す膨出部が形成されていると共に、通し溝の溝他端がこの膨出部において開放されていることを特徴とする包装装置。
