Abstract
【解決手段】a)支持構造と、支持構造に連結される複数の電気接点ストリップ21-24とを備える中間ベース・プレートを打ち抜き加工をするステップ。制御部材1によって作動する電気接点の可動部を形成するフレキシブルな延長部21b-24bとを備える打ち抜き加工をするステップ。b)電気接点ストリップから電気的に絶縁された第1支持片上に中間ベース・プレートを位置決めするステップ。c)第1支持片上に、電気接点ストリップ各々が第1と第2支持片の間にそのベースを介して保持されるように、電気接点ストリップから電気的に絶縁された第2支持片を固定するステップ。d)電気接点ストリップのすべてを独立にさせ、互いに電気的に絶縁させるように、複数の電気接点ストリップを支持構造に連結させる複数の結合点を破断するステップ。

Claims (10)
- 小さいサイズの制御部材、特に時計の分野で使用される制御部材用の電気接点を製造し、取り付ける方法において、
a)支持構造(25)と、複数の結合点(21d〜24d)によって前記支持構造(25)に機械的に連結される複数の電気接点ストリップ(21〜24)とを備える中間ベース・プレート(200)を形成するために、導電材料のプレートを打ち抜き加工と事前成形をするステップであって、各電気接点ストリップが、ベース(21a〜24a)と、前記ベースに連結され、制御部材(1;10)によって作動することができる電気接点の可動部を形成するフレキシブルな延長部(21b〜24b)とを備える打ち抜き加工と事前成形をするステップと、
b)前記電気接点ストリップ(21〜24)から電気的に絶縁された第1支持片(7)上に中間ベース・プレート(200)を位置決めするステップと、
c)前記第1支持片(7)上に、前記電気接点ストリップ(21〜24)の各々が前記第1(7)と第2支持片(4)の間にベース(21a〜24a)を介して保持されるように、電気接点ストリップ(21〜24)から電気的に絶縁された第2支持片(4)を固定するステップであって、前記第2の支持片(4)が、絶縁体材料(6)で覆われた導電体から作られたべース(5)を含み、前記べース(5)が、確定した電位となり、前記電気接点ストリップ(21〜24)のすべてに共通の接触ゾーンとして作用し、またその接触ゾーンで前記電気接点ストリップのフレキシブルな延長部(21b〜24b)の各々が電気接続を確立するように接触させることができる固定するステップと、
d)すべての電気接点ストリップ(21〜24)を独立にさせ、互いに電気的に絶縁させるように、複数の電気接点ストリップ(21〜24)を前記支持構造(25)に連結している前記複数の結合点(21d〜24d)を破断するステップとを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第1または第2支持片(7、4)が、前記複数の結合点(21d〜24d)の切断を容易にするために配置されたオリフィス(41、42、43)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2支持片(4)を前記第1支持片(7)上に固定する前記ステップが、前記第1と第2支持片とを溶接、接着、スナップ嵌め、ねじ込み、リベット締めすることを特に含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- ステップa)が前記各電気接点ストリップ(21〜24)用の出力端子を形成する、追加の延長部(21c〜24c)を形成する操作をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1または第2支持片(7、4)が、前記固定ステップの際、前記電気接点ストリップ(21〜24)の前記ベース(21a〜24a)が埋め込まれる複数のスタンプ(71から74)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記電気接点ストリップ(21〜24)の断面が、前記破断ステップの際、前記電気接点ストリップ(21〜24)の切断を容易にするために、前記結合点(21d〜24d)の付近で局所的に細くすることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記打ち抜き加工と事前成形ステップが、複数の、同一の組の電気接点ストリップ(21〜24)を含むテープ(200)の作成を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 時計用の多機能ステム・クラウン(1、10)を製造するために、前記打ち抜き加工と事前成形ステップが、前記ステム・クラウンの回転を検出するための第1組の電気接点ストリップ(21、22)の作成と、前記ステム・クラウンの軸方向位置を検出するための第2組の電気接点ストリップ(23、24)の作成とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ステム・クラウン(1、10)が、前記電気接点ストリップ(21〜24)を作動させるための電気的に絶縁された端部(30)を含み、前記端部(30)が、前記第1組の電気接点ストリップ(21、22)を作動させるためのカムを形成する一定でない半径を備える第1部分(31)と、前記第2組の電気接点ストリップ(23、24)を作動させるための様々な直径をもついくつかの円形部(32a、32b)を含む第2部分(32)とを含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記第1組の電気接点ストリップが、前記ステム・クラウン(1、10)の両側に配置された第1(21)と第2(22)の電気接点ストリップを含み、前記第1と第2の電気接点ストリップ(21、22)の前記フレキシブルな延長部(21b、22b)が、前記ステム・クラウンの軸にほぼ垂直方向に向けられ、前記ステム・クラウンに対して軸方向に移動され、したがって前記ステム・クラウンの前記回転を電気信号に変換することができ、かつ
前記第2組の電気接点ストリップが、前記ステム・クラウン(1、10)の両側に配置された第3(23)と第4(24)の電気接点ストリップを含み、前記第3と第4の電気接点ストリップ(23、24)の前記フレキシブルな延長部(23b、24b)が、前記ステム・クラウンの軸にほぼ平行方向に向けられ、前記ステム・クラウンに対して軸方向に移動され、前記ステム・クラウンの前記軸方向位置を電気信号に変換することができることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
