Abstract
【解決手段】金属より成る下地母材1の外周面に多数の凹面2および凸面3を形成し、且つ該多数の凹面2および凸面3のうち、凸面3部の突起先端を研磨除去する。そして、前記突起先端を除去した前記下地母材1に、表面硬度を上げるメッキコーティングを、該メッキコーティング後において凹面2および凸面3が残るように施して表面被膜4を形成し、更に、該メッキコーティングした凹面2および凸面3のうち、凸面3部の突起先端4aを研磨して、凸面3部に平面状の摺接面5を形成する。

Claims (3)
- 円筒状金属より成る下地母材の表面をバフ研磨する第1工程と、前記第1工程で研磨された下地母材の表面に多数の微小な凹凸面を形成する第2工程と、前記第2工程で形成された多数の凹凸面のうち、凸面部の突起先端を研磨して除去する第3工程と、前記第3工程で凸面部の突起先端を除去した下地母材に、表面硬度を上げるメッキコーティングを、該メッキコーティング後において凹凸面が残るように行って表面被膜を形成する第4工程と、前記第4工程でメッキコーティングした凹凸面のうち、凸面部の突起先端を研磨して表面処理を行い、凸面部に平面状、または湾曲面状の表面状態の摺接面を形成する第5工程より成ることを特徴とするフィルム基材またはテープ基材の加工機械に設置するローラーの製造方法。
- 円筒状金属より成る下地母材の表面をバフ研磨する第1工程と、前記第1工程で研磨された下地母材の表面に多数の微小な凹凸面を形成する第2工程と、前記第2工程で形成された凹凸面のうち、凸面部の突起先端を研磨して除去する第3工程と、前記第3工程で凸面部の突起先端を除去した下地母材に、表面硬度を上げるメッキコーティングを、該メッキコーティング後において凹凸面が残るように行って表面被膜を形成する第4工程より成ることを特徴とするフィルム基材またはテープ基材の加工機械に設置するローラーの製造方法。
- 下地母材の表面に多数の微小な凹凸面を形成する第2工程において、前記凹凸面をショットブラスト、機械研削、機械切削、電解研磨、化学研磨、湿潤メッキまたはマイクロポーラスメッキのいずれかにより形成することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のフィルム基材またはテープ基材の加工機械に設置するローラーの製造方法。
