Abstract
【解決手段】 リチウム二次電池用負極に用いる集電体の表面に負極活物質層としてSiO膜を真空蒸着により形成する。その際、集電体の表面を真空中又は不活性雰囲気中で洗浄処理した後、大気雰囲気に曝すことなくSiO膜を形成する。

Claims (3)
- 負極集電体の表面に負極活物質としてSiO膜を形成する際に、真空中又は不活性雰囲気中で集電体表面を清浄化処理し、その後、集電体表面を大気雰囲気に曝すことなく該表面にSiO成膜を行うことを特徴とするリチウム二次電池用負極の製造方法。
- SiO膜の形成法として真空蒸着法又はスパッタリング法を用いる請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用負極の製造方法。
- SiO膜を形成する際の成膜用材料としてSiO析出体を用いる請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用負極の製造方法。
