Abstract
【解決手段】 第1筐体と第2の筐体を連結するヒンジであって、第1の筐体を第2の筐体に対し旋回可能に連結する旋回ヒンジ部と、第2の筐体を第1の筐体に対し開閉可能に連結する開閉ヒンジ部とで構成し、旋回ヒンジ部は、第1の筐体に対して取り付ける固定部材5と、この固定部材に対し第1カム機構を介して旋回を制御された状態で取り付けられる旋回部材7とを有し、開閉ヒンジ部は、旋回部材に設けられ、第2カム機構を介して旋回ヒンジの旋回方向に対し直交する方向に回転を制御された状態で回転可能に取り付けられたところの第2の筐体の端部を連結する開閉部材16を有するように構成する。

Claims (7)
- キーボード部を設けた第1の筐体とディスプレイ部を設けた第2の筐体を連結するヒンジであって、前記第1の筐体を前記第2の筐体に対し旋回可能に連結する旋回ヒンジ部と、前記第2の筐体を前記第1の筐体に対し開閉可能に連結する開閉ヒンジ部とで構成し、前記旋回ヒンジ部は、前記第1の筐体に対して取り付ける固定部材と、この固定部材に対し第1カム機構を介して旋回を制御された状態で取り付けられる旋回部材とを有し、前記開閉ヒンジ部は、前記旋回部材に設けられ、第2カム機構を介して前記旋回ヒンジの旋回方向に対し直交する方向に回転を制御された状態で回転可能に取り付けられたところの前記第2の筐体の端部を連結する開閉部材を有するように構成したことを特徴とする、携帯端末用ヒンジ。
- 前記第1カム機構は、前記固定部材の上端に設けたカム部と、前記固定部材の枢着筒部の軸芯方向に挿通させたヒンジシャフト、このヒンジシャフトの上端部に取り付けた旋回部材の下面に前記カム部と対向する位置に設けたカム部と、このカム部を前記固定部材の側に設けた前記カム部と圧接させるべく前記ヒンジシャフトと前記枢着筒部との間に弾設した弾設手段とで構成したことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の携帯端末用ヒンジ。
- 前記第1カム機構及び又は前記第2カム機構は、前記旋回部材及び又は前記開閉部材を所定の旋回角度及び又は開閉角度から自動的に旋回及び又は開閉させる吸い込み機能を有するように構成したことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至2のいずれかに記載の携帯端末用ヒンジ。
- 前記旋回ヒンジ部を、前記開閉ヒンジ部が所定の角度まで開かれたときに動作可能となるように構成したことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の携帯端末用ヒンジ。
- 前記開閉部材がヒンジ筒体であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の携帯端末用ヒンジ。
- 前記旋回ヒンジ部を、前記開閉ヒンジ部の所定の角度から動作可能とする手段を、前記開閉ヒンジ部の開閉部材と前記旋回ヒンジ部の固定部材の間に設けたことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の携帯端末用ヒンジ。
- 前記第1カム機構及び又は第2カム機構は、互いの対向面にカム部を形成し一方が他方に対して圧接するように構成したカムとカムフロワーで構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の携帯端末用ヒンジ。
